Kendra Scott — Local services in Midland

I’ve purchased from my local Kendra Scott store, many times and always had a pleasant experience with kind and helping staff. I was shopping last minute and purchased a gift for my daughter. Received the email that my pickup was ready and I arrived shortly after at the KS store. I got in line and there were 3 young ladies. Though one was helping a customer the other 2 did not even acknowledge me. I had to say “hello” with a smile. I was never greeted back. In return I was asked “how can I help you”? I told the lady why I was there. She stepped away and brought back my purchase. No gift box only the KS cloth bag the jewelry comes in and placed in a yellow bag. The young lady asked “do you need a gift box” she seemed so bothered already that I kindly declined. No paper to make the yellow bag look pretty just here you go! My husband wanted to get down and make the lady put it in a gift box and add paper to the bag, but I chose to let it go. Something’s aren’t worth the battle, but they are worth mentioning. Given the time of year it would have been nice to have been greeted and shown some kindness. Especially if you’re in customer service. I was so disappointed and left with a sad heart since this hasn’t happened before. Please train your employees to be gracious and courteous. You never know what people are going through and a kind gesture or smile can make someone’s day/change...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though I live out of town, I always make it a point to stop by Kendra Scott when I’m visiting. They consistently have a great selection of beautiful pieces, and the store is always so welcoming.

Also, I forgot one of my rings and she came to the parking lot to give it to me.
