we went to the Michigan antique festival it was ok

kind of expensive at 10$ each for entry alone we most likely won't go back to this again just not worth it to have to pay 30$ for 3 of us to walk around too be able to spend more money

there were allot of dealers. some neat stuff dishes and yard art and a few hand made crafts a whole bunch of car motorcycle parts about half the show was the auto swap. but most of the dealers were very overpriced to the point we find out the price and walk away

I found 6 comic books and my wife and daughter didn't find anything they saw a bunch of stuff some of the dealers had very bad attitudes i heard more than 1 arguing with customers and being very rude for trying to make a deal (it happens) but you avoid that dealer when u see that

the food trucks and food vendors were outrageous on the prices 10$ for a quesadilla and 8$ for a lemonade

it was 22 for lunch and that was 1 quesadilla and 2 orders of cheese sticks then 16$ for 2 lemonades granted this was just 2 vendors but i can say i looked at prices all over and were the same or worse

In my personal opinion won't go back to this again find something else for...

The campground is your basic needs place electric and water hook ups, but it cost $10 to dump which should be included in the camping fee, but its separate. Nice and spacious lots and some offer shade. I was just there for the big antique show. $10 to get in per adult person in the vehicle. Nice layouts for the vendors and very easy for anyone to get around. The reason this post gets 3 stars is because of the food vendors there. $12 for a polish sausage, $8 for an elephant ear, but if you use a card they charged you $10??? The prices for food were ridiculous and to charge people $2 more for using their card is just unacceptable. Eat before you go! Since the owner explained the vendors to me in their comment below, my review has been changed from 3 stars to 4. I appreciate the explanation. If you're ever in Midland and need a place to camp,...

This used to be a very fun place to do 4- h my daughter loves raising bunnies a couple years ago one of the ladies on the board or judges ripped a champion reserve ribbon out of my daughters hand and handed it to another girl who immediately said I didn’t win and she said yes you did. again she said I didn’t win my wife was so mad our daughter was 11 at the time. so my wife asked the other judge what happened and she said your daughter won and went an took the ribbon away and handed it back to my daughter. (It wasn’t a accident) the judges helper tried to give a friend the win so her breed would have better sale value. Now 2- years later I know of 3- other families with similar complaints it needs delt with seriously because these women are hurting children for their own...

Expensive, but we had a really great time. We learned quickly buying tickets IS NOT the way to go. Just take the hit and get the bracelet with the Express pass. You'll be grateful when you actually get to ride the rides instead of standing in an endless line. A couple of the rides were not running which is a bummer. There was a caricature artist who was amazing, and those at the game booths were really great too! Only thing that really made things icky was the mud. Had an awesome time tho!

This is not a review of the fairgrounds exactly, but I got an amazing smelling candle and two car diffusers from a merchant in building 25 during the fair yesterday. The merchant is called George Jack Candles, and the owner who makes the candles here in Midland said she would be there Friday and Saturday as well. The scents I got were strawberry macaron, sleeping bear dunes, and santal and sage.
