Normally, this is one of my favorite spots to swing by and eat at or grab takeout. However recently, this location has lacked its usual appeal to an extreme.
Typically I get penne rosa or spaghetti, or the occasional mac and cheese. The last 3 times I’ve ordered the penne rosa, it has lacked sauce and the noodles were NOT fully cooked which was super disappointing after driving out of my way to grab food from here. Today, we attempted to order penne rosa with extra sauce. While there was sauce in the container, it was obvious that it was BARELY there, as in it didn’t even cover a quarter of the noodles in the bowl, and they gave me a side container of sauce, which after pouring it over my noodles resulted in… the normal amount of sauce I get on my food. I paid extra… for a regular amount of sauce. We later got spaghetti and meatballs, to which we were disappointed in the amount of sauce on that as well.
Also, staff did not seem as confident as usual which struck me as off-putting. It seemed as though something was going on behind the scenes affecting staff.
Hoping these issues are resolved quickly as each time I’ve visited, things seem to be getting worse…
Will be back soon and hope for better all...
Read moreI love noodles and company, it’s one of my all time favorites.
However, this location was one of the worst I ate at. The restaurant was clean and the staff was kind, but my noodles needed more sauce, I got a penna rosa so my noodles should have been red/ orange color from the sauce. My noodles were nearly bare except for the spices that were in the sauce.
I have worked at noodles and company and I know the portion sizes that go into each dish. A regular penna rosa should be getting 2 spoons of the sauces. They are definitely not using the full 2 spoons. Everything I got needed more sauce. The Korean meatballs, the cheesy bread, the Rosa, and my Mac n cheese. Absolutely ridiculous to not have enough sauce. Not sure why you would skimp with the sauce in noodles that are already overpriced.
I can see from previous reviews this is a continued issue. Please speak with your staff about correct portion sizes along with sauce proportions. Not sure if I will be back, such a waste to spend 30+ dollars on food that I would still need to get extra sauce for when it should be properly done in the first place.
Please take my words into consideration and give the CORRECT proportions....
Read moreThe young man/cashier seemed very much like he didn't want to be there or either was bored of talking. Either way, I don't normally write negative reviews unless something moves me to do so, else I simply ignore/meditate away that situation. However, I find that Young folks need a better appreciation about working. Not the work force, yet the meaning of work. And everyone's path to and reasonings may differ, yet everyone's ultimate should be to be happy. I know some folks like working simply for making money. Sooo, if in fact you are working at a job that you do not like just for money cause it simply pays "better", go ahead and find another that you DO enjoy. You may have to take a cut, but it is more important you work for happiness/for Your happiness than for pay. Treating others rudely cause for whatever million reasons it could be, does not it help your journey. Nor theirs. . . Otherwise the hostess who brought our food was very polite, the food was delicious as always. I normally stick to the same thing (pad Thai/pesto cavatappi), this time I had pot stickers and zucchetti garlic. Nothing has changed,...
