I will NEVER go to any other vape shop, this place has LITERALLY, THE BEST prices out of any smoke shops in the Tri-cities, (I know cuz I called em all looking for a specific juice that is the only kind I use) plus, now, it's the only store that sells the ONLY vape juice I use.

If I ever have ANY issues with a product (which would be manufactures error) they always find a way to help me fix the problem. In the past, anytime I have had an issue with a product that i got from a different vape shop, they always made me write the company and send it in, and I ended up NEVER getting anything back, not to mention the last time i went to "the smoke shop" and asked for a TFV18 coil, the lady said "never heard of that," then she stood and did nothing, I said are you able to check if u have it? And she responded with "i have never heard of that," 😐 ok Brenda but ya could of at least checked!

(On a side note, I'm really bad with vapes if you can't tell lol)

Decent selection and they carry some nice vapes but the customer service isn’t the best. Two times that I’ve been in once my fam tipped the man didn’t say thank you and also when I went in no manners regarding a tip. Tonight will be the last time I was uncomfortable that both women were dressed with shirts under their chest cleavage hanging out and pants exposing all of their midriffs and theater level makeup made me and my husband uncomfortable not sure if vapes are all that they are selling there but me and my family and friends will be shopping...

Inline has been my number 1 store for years now but within the last 6 months they have hired a new girl, Cali has the name on the receipt every time I’ve asked for one. Multiple times I’ve talked to the girl that’s been there for forever now and have informed her that her coworker has been extremely rude, not only to myself but 3 other customers/friends that I have talked to about it. As I said, this has been my number 1 store for years now and I do not want to stop coming here but she seems to be working...
