We even specified our order at the window and she reassured us everything was correct. We were not able to get a receipt as they were out of paper.
When we go inside to fix our order, we were met with HORRIBLE attitudes saying “well that’s how it was entered so that’s what we made.”
How are we supposed to know how it was entered when we couldn’t get a receipt?! We verified with the lady taking our order and that’s all we could do.
I understand being in a mood because things weren’t correct. But NEVER take it out on the customers who didn’t do ANYTHING wrong.
They had the WORST attitudes I’ve ever come across. Rolling eyes, scoffing, and sassy behavior.

But I stood in the store for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was even standing there waiting to order. A worker even walked past me after 5 minutes to go handle the drive thru and didn’t say a word to me, even though they made eye contact and saw me standing there. This whole time while I am hearing multiple people in the back talking about music and blaring songs. I even made sure to stand somewhere I could be seen if they were in the smoothie making area. I understand there is down time and slow moments at work, but you should at least frequently check to see if a customer is there. Especially a Saturday lunchtime.
