If you're like us and completely technology illiterate then go see Daisja (I hope I spelled that right apologize if I didn't). Walked in on a busy black Friday and she was ready and willing to walk us through the insane process of adding 3 more lines to our existing contract and getting rid of Verizon once and for all. She handled all of it, got us great deals on phones, taught us how to use them, 𤣠(yes we are that level of technology is far past our pay grade farmers) and took our old phones and made all our info seamlessly transfer and informed us it would be awhile and go grab lunch. She saved us a ton on our bill by getting us switched into a new current plan. And then get this. 6 hours AFTER we left the store she personally called us to inform us the auto pay setting didn't take and it was a $40 savings each month so please swing back into the store so they can make sure it's perfect for us.
Who does that in today's world? š³ apparently an amazing employee whom we will absolutely be coming back to see because what absolute dedication to customer service in a world of under staffed Over worked retail workers. Thank you again so much š you made...

Got home that night and noticed that my brand new out of the box phone has a small scratch on the screen. So go in today to talk with someone about what to do, especially considering it has insurance. We didnāt go in earlier as our car went into the shop right after getting the new phones. The customer service rep looked it over and went to her manager. He looked at it and said something akin to āitās a pretty small scratch so not a big deal. Itās why we really recommend putting a screen protector onā. I understand itās a very small scratch, not denying that, and if youāre fine with it thatās wonderful but Iām not. Iām not ok with my brand new phone having a scratch on it. They directed me online to make a claim. At the point of purchase it did seem as if all we needed to do was come into the store and it would be fixed, but that could have been our misunderstanding. The other people who we picked our phone up from( we should have waited for adam) switched my husband and myselfs contact list ( big headache) and after he sold us a $50 screen protector, it popped off a month later and I called to see if they could replace and they were totally rude to me on phone ..will not be coming back and after phones are paid, we are switching back to Verizon. Addendum: I recieved a call promptly after this review by the assistant manager who apologized for the rude behavior and my screen protecter issue has been rectified.
