Last year, my mom ordered an arrangement from here for my birthday. The arrangement I received was the worst I'd ever seen. I'm honestly shocked that a shop owner would even let it leave their store. It was a really hot day and they left it outside instead of taking it back and calling me, which made it look worse. She called them and they were very apologetic and sent a new, beautiful bouquet the next day. I decided they deserve a second chance after that. Fast forward to this past weekend. I went in with a picture of an arrangement I wanted for a memorial service for my daughter's boyfriend, who was very special to me. My daughter even went with me to order them and spoke with her as well. She assured me she could do it, so I trusted her to do so. My husband got there 15-20 minutes early to pick it up and they hadn't even started on it. Then they threw something together that resembled what I asked for, but was very droopy and wilted in some places, had some brown petals, and not all the same flowers I asked for. Needles to say, we were very disappointed. I will never order anything else from this florist! I guess I don't have the option to add pictures and that is unfortunate. I ordered an arrangement from here for my grandma’s memorial service. My order was supposed to delivered an hour before the service and didn’t arrive until 10 before the service. My order was placed 2 weeks in advance, I called the day before to confirm delivery time and twice the morning of, and I was concerned they weren’t going to make it on time. Not something you should have to stress over on an already emotional day. On top of that, we asked for 2 ribbons on our order one that said “Mom” and one that said “Nene” what her grandkids called her. I made sure to spell “Nene” 3 different times when placing the order and the flowers showed up saying “Nana”. I’m giving 2 stars because the arrangement was gorgeous but between the hassle of placing the order, it still being wrong and the delayed delivery I would not use this...

10.26.2023 I ordered a fruit basket & chocolate candy from this place a week ago. Found them on the internet, & I should have known when I placed the order that “D” was not very kind. In fact, I got her impression that she was bothered when she asked me what price range I wanted to spend. I kindly said $50 ish & she rudely interrupts and said her fruit baskets start at $75, so I did mention to her “why ask for a price range, & I’m willing to pay THAT”. Order was placed.

Day of delivery, & after a $71ish basket, this is what we got. I called her & tried to speak w/ Dee only to find out she left me talking on the phone & hung up on me.
