This is a tough one to write because I spend more $ at SB than I probably should. Being from DFW area, I stopped by this Midland location with the assumption it was be similar to the other ones I've invested a small fortune in... the customer crowd was about on par for other locations - about 4-6 customers coming and going at any given time. Sooooo.... I placed my order for 1 venti CM. Sat down, and waited... much like sand in a hourglass, I watched customers pass through. I didn't think much of it due to the App/Order to go folks that manage their time better than me, but then I noticed folks ordering and leaving ... while I sit and ponder my faults and where it all went wrong.

I asked the "manager"? maybe, he looked important at least, and he said he'll check on my order and get back to me. A few minutes later and a few more orders passed out, he and I locked eyes, while I gave the look of despair, he just shrugged and gave me the look of someone that had just got picked last in kickball. I could tell he was stressed so I just let it be and stayed seated.

Finally 10 more minutes I got up and stood by the counter, having resorted to just grabbing the next hot drink they sat down and making a run for it, when they called my name. I grabbed my drink and made a run for it, before they could say "just kidding". Coffee was great, slow roasted I assumed, and made...

I used to love going to this location. But here recently, it’s been going downhill. I understand that the holidays and customer service is hard during this time, but don’t be rude for no reason. The past few times I’ve gone, I’ll order on the app for drive through pickup. Each time I get to the window I’m greeted with an attitude, my order being completely wrong, so when I ask nicely to fix it, I get even more attitude and my order even more wrong. Today I go there and order the iced sugar cookie latte, when they hand me my drink, the ice is barely there, it’s not the right drink and it tastes horrible. I had asked if it was okay to remake it and that I would even pay for them to remake it and they told me “sorry we can’t do anything about it.” So now I’m left with my order in the trash and $30 down the drain (since I did order a few more other items). If I’m going to spend that kind of money, I want it to be right. But I kid you not the amount of times my order has been wrong to it being right is very slim. 99% of the time it’s wrong. Not sure who to talk to either because they never answer the phone, or they seem too busy and annoyed to listen to a paying customer. Despite being the sole customer waiting to be served, the staff appeared preoccupied, with only a couple seated nearby. While I appreciate their eventual responsiveness, I can't help but feel disappointed by the initial lapse in customer service. Overall, while the service improved after my intervention, I must admit that it fell short of the expected standard.

Ordered a pick up, grabbed the coffee cup and it felt very light and when I got home and opened the lid, I noticed the coffee was extremely low. This is ridiculous. Update: I went again today and the same things happened. You can see the last two pictures, I ordered a flat white. Flat whites come with 3 shots of espresso and yet my coffee tasted like pure soy milk, you can even see the color, it’s almost white. There was no espresso. My mistake was to not check the coffee before leaving the location. I don’t want to be a Karen and ask for my coffee to be remade but it’s getting to that point. I am only visiting so I am bought last time was a one-time thing but after today I am convinced this store is either UNDERSTAFFED OR UNDERTRAINED. If it wants better customer experience, management and regional management needs to get it together. I say it because I once was a shift supervisor for a Starbucks store and I know this isn’t good quality work.

The saddest review I've ever given starbucks. The fog must have depressed everyone I'm that establishment this morning! This drink tast like a cold brew nothing else. I had to pull up and wait for drink. The croissant was funky. Like it been sitting in its own humidity for a while. I didn't know everyone was so worried about drive times and not the actual product you're presenting to your customers. Don't ask for a valentines drink apparently they don't know how to make those... and won't answer the phones. 👎 today was day 1 on the job apparently.

The saddest review I've ever given starbucks. The fog must have depressed everyone I'm that establishment this morning! This drink tast like a cold brew nothing else.
