Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Midland

Normally love buying drinks from here but the past 2 times I’ve came here the girl taking my drink order messed up. I bought 7 drinks and explained to her what I wanted and repeated back to her just to make sure but when I got home they were incorrect. 2nd time was this morning when I got 1 aftershock and 1 double rainbro, girl that took my my order was nice and made sure everything was correct but when I got to the window the girl working didn’t acknowledge when I said good morning so I let it go and when I asked her to MAKE SURE my drinks were correct and wanted to verify that both of my drinks came with their own version of Red Bull all she said was “you ordered the aftershock and double rainbro so of course it comes with it” and I told her I was double checking because my drinks were made wrong last time and all said was “yeah if asked for rebel then of course” it was the attitude she said it with and I told her again I’m just checking because I said rebel last time and I work out in big spring so I can’t just come back and have it corrected so I wanted to make sure. I do speak for myself when I say, that Dutch Bros has an awesome variety from which to choose and mix from. From coffees to lemonade to smoothies and rebel drinks and more!! I love that everyday can be my choice of my favorite drink (a blended mocha dreamweaver, add salted caramel, extra sweet) or that I can change it up every visit. Love the rewards program too. Staff is amazing, the Dutch Bros crew here in Midland is always so spunky and cheerful, and that goes a long way. Not everyone has good days but they always try and they do their best. Keep up the great work Dutch Bros!!! Ya'll need to hurry up and open a second location already. 😁 I definitely would recommend trying Dutch Bros if you haven't already. Have a great day...

Currently sitting in line in the drive thru waiting for my one coffee as i hear the first car at the window laughing & talking to the workers. It’s been like 10 mins waiting for my coffee as the workers goof off as if there is not 10 other cars in line. The young lady taking orders outside was giving her tablet to her friends in the vehicle to order as well. The workers are currently goofing off with the vehicle that ordered on the company’s ipad.

Completely unprofessional.
