Music is actually pretty good but being a native Texan this place doesn’t hit the mark. The owner allows people to just stand on the dance floor. Which is unheard of in most places and incredibly rude and lends to a bunch of really unnecessary pushing and shoving because let’s face it… if people want to dance on the DANCE floor anyone standing there is in the way and likely going to get bumped. Enter alcohol and this poor management style choice is just beyond ridiculous and infuriating. If you want a good Texas dancehall with little drama and true to form for handling rude patrons with bad manners, this isn’t it. I wonder if these are the same people who stand in the street and then wonder why...
Read moreCame on a Tuesday night witch apparently is there cheap beer night the atmosphere is pleasant beers were 10 cents from 8 to 10pm on Tuesdays the dance floor is centered in the middle of the establishment spacious to say the least plenty of seating areas waitresses are friendly bartenders were very knowledgeable their is 3 bar areas one in the back and one in the front and a small tiny bar near the dance floor..... country music videos on the screens and football their is two pool tables wide selection of liquors and beers domestic and imported highly recommend this place by far one of the better bars I've been to here in...
Read moreWe've been there a few times trying to give it a chance. The last couple of times there, when we first walked in the place smelled like sewer. It seems like a reasonably clean place, but it really smelled horrible! After the fans ran for an hour or so the smell dissipated. The dance floor is decent and the staff seemed nice. It's a good place to dance early, but around 10-10:30 when the 20 somethings show up the dancing goes to hell, there is no dance etiquette and people just run over you. I've also noticed that the cops show up around 10 as well, so we take that as a sign it's time...
