Terrible customer service. We went by and waited for fresh pizza. Take in consideration it's after 8pm. We wait and order 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese because I'm vegetarian and we get the bread combo, get home and both pepperoni and so I decided not to eat. I let me family eat however and I call to speak to a manager, and they that I have to return both pizzas to show proof that they are both that they are pepperoni and that I'm not lying, and then they will replace my order by this time it's after 9pm I mention my CHILDREN ARE EATING (one pizza has been eaten, the other has been open,) the person that checked me out doesn't say anything ( oh and he is the one who answered the phone) and even though he knows what I answered i told, let your manager know I don't get dinner tonight I appreciate your understanding, they could have offered SOMETHING! I don’t speak Spanish. I had to convert Spanish to English on Google. I’m elderly also. The driver said he had a flat tire. I just want my pizza I paid for online. I called little Caesar’s and they washed theirs hands of it by saying I had to call door dash. I went to little Caesar’s in person and they would not give me the customer my pizza. They said it has to go to a door dash person. I called door dash and finally got someone from India and explained the situation. I finally got my pizza over 40 minutes late. Then came around from the back and got in the door dashers face and continued to yell in front of everyone. Door dasher didn't speak English, couldn't read the sign on the pizza portal on how to not open it. I understand both sides. However, the employee went about it completely wrong. Does not need to be working in customer service, he was power tripping because he knew he could tell a customer who only spoke spanish to drop his order (mind you, this is how they make money).
