Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Midland

This is literally the worst jack in the box, maybe in the country. I rarely write reviews of places that are absolutely awful but as i sit here on the toilet with my soul pouring out of my backside i feel like it’s necessary to explain how awful this place is :). Firstly i live 2 hours away :) so you can imagine how much of a fan i am to have been to this jack in the box more than once. The first time i came they had no curly fries :) this is around 10 pm by the way. So i left and went to the other jack in the box. This time i came, surprise they also had no curly fries :l okay no worries i guess. I’m starving and curly fries are not the difference maker at jack in the box. The food is just all around great huh? Nah, not at all. Take a second to look at the picture of my siracha burger. obviously i ate it. Like i said Drove 2 hours because I’m starving :)). Even if you added the rest of the burger back, clearly this is not even the quality of a normal siracha burger? The fries were gross and unseasoned. The tacos were like dipped in wet or something. Yes i understand that i did say “dipped in wet” because that is literally the only real description of this. I don’t know who cooked this Food but all jokes aside this was literally awful. If you go to midland just go to the other jack in the box. Do not bother with this one. The funniest part is i paid for extra tacos that they didn’t even give me. But in all seriousness i really appreciate it because they would have went in the trash along with the other taco that i did not eat. So no real...

10:20pm 06/28/25. Raining outside at the moment and I think that the guy didn’t want to take orders at the drive through because the rain. I had to get out my vehicle and go inform them inside that there was people in the drive though after they didn’t help the guy in front of me either. There were at least 4-6 people clocked in. The guy was completely unaware that there were people in the drive through. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes without getting my order taken and with only 1 car in front of me. The guy was letting more orders being placed inside and online while refusing to take my order. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Extending my wait for longer and longer letting more and more online and inside orders be placed in front of me. Horrible way to run it. Just take my order. That shuts up the upset customer right there. And saves the business. And I would have been fine waiting. I just wanted my order in line. That’s it. Losing long...

We went to this location earlier this evening and it was just horrible. When we walked in, there were two people that were sitting there waiting on their order, frustrated. That should’ve been the cue to gtfo. But we chose to stay and order as we are fans of Jack in the Box and there’s none where we live. The tables were dirty and the employees were either high or just clueless as can be. It took almost 10 minutes before someone came to take our order and they got mine wrong at first, but corrected it when I pointed it out. My order came out first, but my friends had to wait almost 15 min before theirs was done and it was only 6 tacos. The employees kept going to the back room and even tho one of them had seen me standing at the counter, he did nothing to try to alert anyone to come help.
