When a customer makes a phone call and asks about ordering flowers for an occasion and if the initial response is a whole slew of negatives before even barely getting to understand what the customer actually wants , it is not a great way to earn business and you lost a customer right off the bat . The person answered the phone said “oh for mother’s day, at this point we won’t deliver and we only have tulips etc “..... I mentally checked out the minute I heard the negative answer and moved on to Lapelle flowers where my goal was accomplished. I was planning to actually pick up the flowers and not have it delivered but the person who answered the phone didn’t even bother to actually find that out or earn my business but went on a negative rant right from the get go - and it gave the impression he was tired and...

This shop is AMAZING!! I can not express that enough. I had Mark do my flowers for my wedding and they were beautiful. This was the only part of my wedding I felt I didn't need to worry about. Mark even sent me e-mails to keep me updated on the process.

I had been to some other shops in Midland and Mt.Pleasant only to feel discouraged and defeated because my budget was not huge and I didn't feel they really cared or understood what I was looking for. I went to Smith's and enjoyed the whole process there. The place is so pretty and everyone I dealt with was amazing. Great customer service.

Had an amazing experience at Smiths. While there I utilized the plant bar. They have planters and a large assortment of plants and they will help you to repot your plants! They will even help if you bring in a pot from home. There were also beautiful flower arrangements being made for valentines day. All staff was friendly and helpful.
