HORRIBLE customer service. I waited for my turn in line and as it was my turn the girl working the register didn’t even bother to acknowledge me EVEN THOUGH I was RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Instead she would turn her back on me / do other stuff. When she finally acknowledged me I asked if I could get a belly ring, she told another girl WHO ALSO did not bother to acknowledge me while I was waiting for help. Instead of her helping me with what I had been waiting for, she goes straight to another customer who had been there AFTER me and helped her instead. Walked out and bought NOTHING. With the growing online sales and the diminishing of Malls in the United States Store #2208 and store Manager Kam , (assistant Mng is what she wrote on a 2” by 3” piece of paper) asked us politely if we had a mask on. We, because it was several of us were in the store to purchase items for a Gag we had planned ; did not have mask on we’re told to leave. I asked for her name and store number and left. Probably, ok maybe $120 IN STORE revenue lost. Again maybe. I love Spencer’s, I have been going there since I visited the store for the first time at the Altamonte Mall in the 90’s.

I loved Spencer gifts ever since the 80's when I first set foot in one up north. On this occasion, I was looking for a 90's novelty item in hopes they might have what I was looking for. Unfortunately, they did not and the item on the internet is horribly expensive. This in no way changes my view of Spencer gifts and still happen into the one in Midland on occasion.
