Victoria's Secret — Local services in Midland

I went into the store yesterday afternoon and was greeted by the employee in Spanish.

As I looked around the store it seemed she was the only employee on the sales floor. I did see another employee at the cash register.

I found an item I liked and asked the floor sales person if they had this item in black. She told me, in Spanish that she didn't speak English, I then asked if there was someone else that could help me, but she didn't understand what I was asking.

I feel that employees that do not speak English should at the very least be trained to find another employee that can help the customer when this situation arises.

All of my bras are VS. Last time I went with my friends some lady started yelling about how we were messing up her counter. I bought over $140 worth of products. If we were just messing around, I would understand, but we were genuinely shopping. If you don't want to do your job, just quit. It is really rude and unprofessional. I drove over 40 miles just to come buy some new bras. I love Victoria Secret product. When I arrived at the mall, the cage was pulled down, but I could there were 5 sales clerks. Most of them were just talking and not working. After waiting 15 minutes passed opening time, I knocked on the cage. One of the sales clerks came to tell me that they would be opening late today.
