I ordered something on October 13 a ship to store and today is October 24th and I called the store phone and keep getting out associates can't come to the phone. I called their customer service inquiring about where is my order cause the only email I got was "we received your order" normally after that comes "your order shipped" to this day that hadn't come so CS tells me they ran behind at the warehouse and my order shipped delayed but that's fine but a email telling me would've been much better than them thinking I would assume that was the issue on my own. I visited the store last week and the jacket was sitting in stores available but because I did ship to store they don't connect with the store so I still had to wait til it got to the store from warehouse . They claim Thursday or Friday or should arrive but on the site it says 5-8 business day for it to arrive and it's been 12 days since I ordered and in reality according to them it's gonna be 15 to 16 days for it to arrive and that ain't guaranteed cause I don't have any email with confirmation that it even shipped to the store at all and the store don't even see my order in their system. So unfortunately I won't be doing business with them ever again. I was given a 20% off plus free shipping on my next order I don't even want that . THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND A TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AFTER I SPENT MY MONEY WITH THEM. IF I COULD RATE THEM A ZERO I WOULD BUT ONE...

Not gonna lie, my first glance at this place made me thought, I never heard of this lunch spot. So I decided to take a second look and saw a poster/ad of some Marvel stuff. It kind of drew me in a bit but the ad looked a bit bootleg but I still went into the store.

Was not expecting such nice merch. I preferred this over Hot Topic. Mostly just pop culture stuff but was surprised to see some things from Disney that you can only get from the parks. Saw some of the prices of the 'exclusive' Disney things and it was cheaper here.

I could of easily declared bankruptcy here cause I love me my pop...

Owned by the same people who own Hot Topic, it's basically a 'safer' Hot Topic with less black and edge. These guys focus mainly on nostalgic and current collectibles, and while there's some amazing stuff, it's all pretty pricey.

If you find something you love, grab it, but I'm a bit too cheap to visit too often. The employees are always kind and welcoming as well, but the prices are the only real thing making...
