Reply @Happy Yappy: Thank you for the quick response.
So, the reason why I chose the Bubble Fruit Juice was because it did not state "Dairy" or "Non-Dairy" below it, so I assumed there was no dairy. But, there were items that did state it like "Bubble Classic Tea | Non-Dairy" and "House Bubble Milk Tea | Dairy".
A small suggestion, may I recommend that the menu be updated with the "Dairy" and "Non-Dairy" labels to all the menu items? For example, the Bubble Fruit Juice, the Bubble Slushy, and the Bubble Italian Soda did not have labels; so by adding them, it would avoid confusion and ensure consistency.
Updating my review for the quick response, and dedication to customer service!
Thanks Happy Yappy.
Original Review: I never write bad reviews, but on top of being disappointed, the drink made me nauseous.
I went there a little after 7PM on Wednesday night. Staff was nice, and asked for a Mango Bubble Fruit Juice.
I received a drink with a milky substance mixed with Mango juice. Being that it was my first time here, I did not know if I received the wrong drink or not, but I took it home, gladly.
After a few sips, it started tasting weird, and the juice and milk separated; as if the milky substance was rotten.
I like to support local businesses, but I doubt there supposed to be a milky substance in a fruit juice.
Maybe they weren't paying attention when I placed my order or maybe that's how a Happy Happy Bubble Fruit Juice is supposed to look like.
Either way, I would like to give this place a second chance, but just a heads up for anyone expecting to order a...
Read moreI got the Thai milk boba tea 🧋 this place was good and unlike any other boba place Ive gone to. My one complaint was the lid though. I wish this was like other boba places, and it was really hard to put the straw in. I had to put my finger in the hole to open it up and then put the straw in which was awkward because I’m walking in a mall while doing this. It was also unique how they have whipped cream, I was taken back by that question. However, the whip cream is pretty good. The amount of boba was less than most places, but I found this was actually a good amount and most places give too much boba. Also seems a bit expensive than most and I believe only one size. However, the boba was good and staff was quick. They were even nice enough to give the people infront of me a bag of ice because someone was hurt. Overall I give five stars, due to fast, kind, and overall good service. Again, unlike any boba place I have gone to in terms of packaging and whipped cream are main takeaways. But I would change the lids if possible since that typically adds to the...
Read moreI recently tried the bubble milk tea at Chesterfield Mall, and I was genuinely impressed. The shop itself is clean and inviting, with a calm atmosphere that makes it a nice place to take a break while shopping. The staff were friendly and quick to prepare my order, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
The drink was delicious — the milk tea had a rich, creamy flavor that wasn’t too sweet, and the tea taste still came through nicely. The tapioca pearls were fresh and had that perfect chewy texture that makes bubble tea so satisfying. I also liked that they had plenty of flavor options and let you adjust the sugar and ice levels to your liking.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re at Chesterfield Mall. Whether you’re a regular bubble tea fan or just want to try something new, this spot is...
