In my line of work, I deal with swelling in my fingers that made wearing my wedding band and diamond a challenge! I was unable to wear them for almost a year before I walked into their door. My ring size is exceptionally smaller than what would be needed to go over my ring finger knuckle. With sizing, my diamond would clang, spin and spend more time under my hand than on top which would make it subject to damage. My diamond had already received damage to the prongs… I would not have known this if I had not come in. I could have lost my diamond because of said damage. Sycamore shared with me a most clever option, a henge! It stays securely on my finger without any possibilities of clanging, spinning or damage due to being under my hand. Absolutely fantastic experience. I am new to Virginia and I was so nervous to find a new jeweler for many reasons. I was referred to a different jeweler and went to get some suggestions on a new ring setting as I was unhappy with mine. The First jeweler said nothing could be done and I needed an entirely new setting, band etc. costing over $1500. I didn’t want all of that done as it was costly and not want I needed or wanted. I went to Sycamore on a whim based off of their reviews, and I absolutely could not be happier. Cesar was so personable, friendly, and most importantly, patient.
