I went to the Kroger at this shopping center. It was 2 days before Christmas, so it was extremely busy as anyone would expect. The parking lot was packed, but everyone was trying to help others by letting them know that they were leaving so a spot was available. Inside the store, I didn't encounter too many employees because they were so busy, and I was only picking up a couple of things. The one employee I did have contact with was working in the self-checkout lane and was extremely helpful and merry (if I may use that term considering the holiday!) I didn't get her name, but she was rather short with medium length brown hair. The lines were packed, but that didn't seem to change her smiling face! She helped anyone who even looked like they might have a problem before they ever asked! It was wonderful to see an employee of such a busy store at such a crazy time who didn't act like a grinch! Read morePeople are rating specific stores, but this is the mall itself. It's a strip mall with sprawl basically. It is nice and has a wide variety of stores and restaurants. The only downside is very tight parking if you're in a large vehicle. I've seen RVs get stuck and have a really hard time getting out after fueling.
