I'm extremely disappointed in my most recent visit to your location (1/7/19). I walked in at dinner time to a pretty empty store. All items were not fresh and needed to be made which is unacceptable at dinnertime. The young man who came to help me didn't say hello. I said hello and he still didn't say it back. All he said is what would you like? I was taken aback with his lack of customer service. I started to ask when empty foods will be replenished and he said 5 minutes or so. As he is telling me this I watch the drive through employee put back everything she dished up into a to go container. This concerned me because of the possibility of food allergies. What happened if someone has a food allergy and got chow mein that touched fish, or if they don't eat beef and it touches that and a person had a reaction. I understand you are trying to save money by not throwing it out but I sincerely hope you take all of this in consideration.
After my interaction with the 2 employees there was a cook that was talking into his head set while I was discussing all of this with the drive through person. He was staring at me. I felt very uncomfortable. It was clear that he was talking about me as he was staring at me, then the drive through person laughed. There was nothing funny about an upset customer. He then said something to the young man who was "helping me" and he too laughed. It was clear that they were talking about me.
I ended up leaving without any food during dinnertime because 3 of your employees made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope you recognize that this is unacceptable and a horrible representation...
Read moreAfter working a long work day i stopped by this Panda Express and ordered through the drive through a two entree dinner and egg roll along with the new steak and shrimp bowel. When i got home i notice the steak and shrimp bowel was not in bag. Contacted panda express spoke to a Adrian who claim to be a manager and he said did i get a receipt i said i didnt see it, i went back and went through drive through, the girl that gave me my dinner through drive through told me to come and said bring your manager. Adrian manager, refused to give me what i paid. Adrian stated he has to conduct an investigation and run security camera and told me to go and park until he is done. Absolutely insane. They are treating like a criminal. I left and was able to find receipt, and told Adrian and he still had to do his invstigation for an item that costed me 2.00, are you serious panfa express. Check your orders before you leave or this location will also treat you like a criminal, the girl in drive through when I came back the second time didn't say nothing I am reporting this store both manager and employee to the corporate office tomorrow for further action in summary I never got what I paid for, please read this review if you go to this...
Read moreThe staff were preoccupied with a non-work-related conversation, and did not immediately address me at the counter. The food that I picked up was partially assembled in Styrofoam containers on the counter, but had obviously been there for a while. When I gave the cashier my name, he finished assembling the order, forgetting my side items. Upon prompting, he said that "pot stickers" where no longer carried (which I ordered online) and told me he substituted an egg roll instead. I said that was fine. He then gave me the bag with no condiments, napkins, fortune cookies, etc., forgot my drinks, and (worst of all) my food was cold (room temperature), grey, unappetizing. There was a generous portion of rice, but there were 3 (three) broccoli florets in the small container for my beef and broccoli along with 3 pieces of meat. Less than 2 oz. on my home kitchen scale. My kun-pao chicken was flavorless, with no spice. I've been a long time customer of Panda Express (in locations literally from coast to coast), but if this is the direction that the store is heading in, I will not be returning.
