I went looking for an online menu and came across these reviews. The nasty guy with the ALL CAPS got my attention and I felt bad for the people at FRIDAYS. One bad time after 8 years of patronage and a hateful review like that? Well I was excited to write what I thought was going to be a nice time here but instead.......
I gave my experience a two star review. My to go order was quoted a time of 15 mins. and turned out to be 37mins. This has been only my second time ordering from TGI Fridays. It was a To Go order again and the food was great. I ordered Ribs, Steak, and Chicken Bruchetta Pasta the first time. All were fantastic with great sides. THIS TIME I ORDERED Steak and Lobster, Chicken Hibachi skewers, Four sides, and french soup. ALL were great.
This time MIGHT BE MY LAST TIME ordering to go. I want to start off by saying that upon entering the parking lot at 11:30pm there were few cars in the lot. "This will be fast", I thought to myself. And the servers... I was the only person in the waiting area and not one of them greeted me or asked me if i needed anything. Waiting,waiting,waiting, Then a nice young man by the name of TYLER greeted me asked if I wanted to order or pick up. I said pick up and he informed me that it would be another 15 mins. (on top of the 15min quoted time). So I wait patiently. As a server at a near by restaurant I understand that these things happen and am not upset. At this time I overheard some servers gossiping about how they were embarrassed of their ticket times and had been waiting for over thirty mins for their food also. Again it is NOT crowded at all. Not giving away her name, the other server that she was talking to said "well tell them "Welcome to Fridays, We Suck". WOW this is how she feels? A older black gentleman was nearby and turned out to be their manager on duty. He had no comment of a solution and allowed this talk. He asked me if I needed anything and I said no thanks, I am being helped. He had a nice perverted smile but that is for show.... I left and came back after putting gas in my car and my food was given to me after a little while. I noticed that my given order was missing my Lobster tails, and Side of Mac and Cheese. Good thing I noticed and was not in a hurry because I would have been really upset if I got home without those. So the manager on duty as menchened above, saw me looking through my bag and I said that I was missing some items. He went to the kitchen after 6-7 mins and got the items that I was missing from my order. He did not apologize and I asked to see my itemized bill to make sure that I was charged right. I paid before I got my items by the way. . However as nice, patient, quiet, and polite as I was, it was obvious the manager was annoyed with me. When leaving, I said Thank you, Have a great night and he manager totally ignored me. I myself did not receive a warm thank you or anything close to that. I was a little disturbed as I walked to my car.
1.) Slow service 2.) Long wait 4.) Did not get all of my food (expensive items) and waited some more. 3.) Jerk manager.

Last night we walked into a virtually empty dining room and sat at a table that someone wiped the top of, but not the seats? They were filthy with grease and food. Hostess was young but lacked common sense/wasnât paying attention. If she didnât want to clean THAT table- pick a different one because it was basically empty! Then when she was asked to wipe the seats- this was confusing to her? Like she wasnât rude about it. She was baffled? So she brought a soaking wet towel to the table & proceeded to saturate the seat and floor. Ok? So then she comes back two mins later with a paper towel acts scared to actually dry it off properly? At this point, I want to leave. The people Iâm with say no.
Menus are old, dirty, and quite tattered. The entire establishment could use a deep clean. Theyâre making sandwiches with old, cheap bread that crumbles when you touch it. They arenât even toasting and buttering it anymore!
The part of this visit that actually pissed me off the most was, I ordered a Jack Danielâs Chicken Sandwich. Itâs classic and been on the menu forever. So people know how itâs made! Iâm thinking this is a safe option. No onions, no pickles, no sauces on the sandwich. Just open face soft crumbly bread, a tomato, soggy reheated bacon, 4 strips of lettuce, and a microwaved chicken patty with reheated melted cheese. I will never be back.
This place and the Red Lobster in this same shopping center need to hurry up and close so that better restaurants can occupy the space. Thereâs a noticeable negative change in the food & service in both establishments.
Managers at this location: Clean this place! Retrain staff! Get the kitchen staff back on track! Cook the food the right way! OR your empty dining room will close you. Further, recognize youâre competing with Texas Roadhouse, Charred, Bonefish, and Q. Step it up or...
   Read moreI went to TGI Fridays in midlothian Virginia and was very disappointed in our food and waitress the wait wasnât long to sit us down at a table the hostess did her job very well but our waitress on the other hand didnât do so well when she originally took our order for drinks it took her 10 minutes to bring it back and all we ordered was a coke peach tea and a alcoholic drink that we didnât even receive from the bartender the waitress finally showed up with our drinks and took our order I got a appetizer and a steak with mashed potatoes and onion rings when it finally all came out it was extremely raw especially the steak I ordered a medium and the steak came out rare I couldnât even cut the steak from how uncooked it was not to mention the drinks we had have been unfilled since the first ones we first got another waitress had to get us drinks ordered which took a very long time for us to receive the waitress was laughing and joking with her friends rather than checking up on us and when she came over to ask us how our food was we showed her the uncooked food and she took it back saying the cook has been giving out raw steaks to people the entire night I ended up telling our waitress we didnât want another steak and that we were ready to leave and after all of this we only got a 15 percent discount off a order that should have been taken off because I didnât eat the steak but I guess people have to make money off of bad...
