To be honest, I haven't been to a Cricket store in my life. I chose this store because it's close to my work and I have heard it's cheap. I didn't expect anything other than getting a phone for work, and a headache from the process. HOWEVER, from the moment that I arrived to the time that I left was so much more than I anticipated. I came here to try and get something fixed with my phone. The lady at the counter did not speak English and had to call her manager in order to get what I needed. In the end I was still not able to get what I needed done. You have to have employees that speak English. That's absolutely not acceptable, The manager of the store needs to do a better job of hiring. If someone can't speak English then have a second person...

Had their service since highschool.. and they grown and still the same.. just hoping they stay in the u.s... with the u.s.a.. really.. not going to Brazil.. even though I love that place.. that I would like to go see in this life time hopefully...
