I LOVE the ATMOSPHERE and the SERVICE!!! That alone is 10/10!!! If you want to meet with friends, or do a little work away from home, this is a beautiful experience. It’s a colorful artistic immersion and I’m just a one time visitor passing through. Stopped in for a midday road trip stop and ordered the in house Chai to avoid the coffee jitters. I also got a little sweet treat, because it was hard to see savory options right away. Maybe the in house Chai batches vary but mine was so sugary it was like eating a liquified lollipop. (Took a really long time to come up with the analogy, lol)
I wish there was a heads up as I was ordering, just a mention “we make it really sweet here” or something. Maybe writing this helps a customer down the line. And while I’m leaving my 2 cents, the milk for the Chai was not particularly frothy, bummed me out a little.
I hope to visit this place again, and want to see it grow. The locals are loyal, and the staff is proud of what they do, everything is set up to keep getting better! I just hoped for a little more from the food...
Read moreI’ve been looking for a place that makes a decent chai for a while and I think I finally found it here in Salt Lake City. A lot of places don’t put any effort into their chai lattes but this place seems that they make it from scratch, it tastes really good. They asked me questions about it before I ordered it, I believe this is my new place to get my chai since I can’t drink coffee. The staff was extremely friendly. I like how small and tiny the place was, and how was clean. The atmosphere was very nice and friendly, parking wasn’t horrible. I also ordered the turkey bacon sandwich, that was actually surprisingly tasty, a lot more spinach than I expected but I’m not gonna complain about that since spinach is good. I also got a cereal bar that things sugary but that’s what it’s designed to be. Overall I’d have to say 10 out of 10. If there was any complaints, I have to give, and I have to give at least one for every place I go to the chairs were a little wonky, but that’s all I could find. Thank you guys very much I’ll be coming...
Read moreI came here with my husband to try it out, since we found this place on Google maps; I felt excited to see a Mexican themed coffee shop since the name is in Spanish and the cats are day of the dead themed. I assumed it was a Mexican owned business; not to be mean or rude, but that was not the case when we walked in. Cute spot, the coffee is alright, but I feel a little upset about how they choose to theme their shop and I don’t feel like it’s culturally appropriate. Especially the day of the dead aspect, that’s a celebration of life in Mexico to honor those who have left us and I don’t feel like using that to make your logo cute is appropriate when you probably don’t celebrate it and your social media doesn’t bring any awareness to Mexican culture or the holiday. They also don’t seem to respond kindly to negative reviews instead of being professional and using it to better your business so I imagine my review will be taken down and seen poorly by the owner instead of realizing the harm they are causing. Personally, I will not...
