Ostmann’s Heating & Air has the best communication process I've ever experienced. Not only do they email/text you when your appointment is, and remind you the night before, but when Jeremy is headed to your house you get an update too. After the service they thank you for your business and remind you that if you have any questions to call. My service was prompt. Didn't take any time from appointment set up to service day. Jeremy was friendly, respectful of the property, and gave me hints on how to save money on usage hours.

He also is teaching local high schoolers about the business via an internship program. I appreciate him passing his knowledge on to the youth of our community so they can better understand what it takes to run a business and learn skills that will help them in their future endeavors. Ostmann's have been an excellent HVAC install/repair company. We totally trust their services for the past 3 years. The service crew and scheduling crew is wonderful & educated (nice to have email confirmation/communication and text info as well). Great knowledge of our HVAC system and what best repair/protocol for maintenance. A bit pricey on their General Srvc call ($145). I would expect a price like that when it was after hrs emergency but we were scheduled 10 days out for service. The materials cost (45+5 mF 440V Round Dual Run Capacitor) for what my wife thought was just new batteries seemed pretty excessive but I was not there to ask details. She may have misunderstood. It’s been a brutal heat wave and unfortunate timing for our A/C to go out. A Sunday on a holiday weekend with temps in the triple digits. I texted Ostmann and he was here within the hour and had a new capacitor installed on my blower motor and the A/C back up and running. This is my third time using Ostmann and always quick, friendly and professional service!!

Weather turned cold this last weekend and both…..yes both furnaces failed to come on. These furnaces are the originals from the home construction 20 years ago. Jeremy Ostmann jumped on it right away and replaced both furnaces in a single day at a very fair price in a days notice. I’m not sure what else you could ask for?!
