Been living here close to a half a year. The staff has been amazing from the beginning till now and honestly bonus points since they have been short staffed and manage both properties (Sequoia apartments). They moved me in 2 days after I put my application and during that time they explained every single detail that goes into my monthly rent. Community+ WiFi fees, pet fees, and deposit (what it goes into) as well as an estimated monthly payment. So happy no hidden fees! The app to pay rent on also has a copy of your lease and you’re able to get rewards points in which I’ve used for my dogs! Their dog park is amazing and offer toys for the pups that go and play. My dogs really enjoy it plus they have their own yard. I’m very happy with my experience will keep recommending Klein Huis...

This is a warning to anyone that is trying to apply to this place. When you move they say that the Wi-Fi is free it is not free it is 65$ each month. When I bought a key for the pool they said I only had to pay it once and now they are saying we will have to pay 50$ to use the swimming pool, the gym and club house. And because I didn’t pay my rent on the third they charged me 10 percent more of my rent when in utah you have time to pay till the fifth. They lied and told us we didn’t have to pay the sewer bills and now they say we do have to pay sewer, water and more. New building but very cheaply made, crazy high gas price in winter because of how poorly its insulated, office staff not very helpful, and when I moved out the charged more then 300 for a carpet cleaning, the place was left cleaner when I moved out than when I first moved in, I had to hiring a cleaning company to get all the dust and dirt construction had left behind.
