Extra Space Storage — Local services in Heber

I have my parents moving in with me the end of this month and with the growth of the Heber Valley, I knew, even with all the many storage businesses coming to the area, I needed to act quickly as the better storage rental businesses often don’t have any space available. I googled the various storage locations closest my home and found Extra Space Storage, a newer storage business, already had 84 reviews with a 5.0 rating, which was impressive, given how short a time they’d been in business. I called and was within two rings, speaking with Dakota, who was extremely professional and well informed as to the available storage units, as well as the pricing and policies regarding the rentals. I had a few additional questions regarding the reservation of the storage unit, given the three week delay that would occur between my elderly parents reservation and move in date, which would need to be addressed by Ryan, Dakota’s supervisor. I was given Ryan’s cell phone number, and as quickly as it rang, it was answered. Ryan was extremely generous and accommodating with the cost assessment relative to the timing of our acquisition of our unit and the effective move in date later this month. We won’t be moving in until later in the month, but have eliminated the worry, while cost effectively reserving a spot in one of the newest, centrally located storage facilities in Heber. I was looking for a 10 x 10 storage unit and was surprised to have gotten one the same day. I had. called and left messages with around ten different local places and had only a few return my call . I was beginning to think that I would have to wait until after the weekend , as it was 430 pm . Most storage units would be closing at 5 pm when a gentleman called from Extra Space Storage. He told me that he did in fact have a 10x10 and quoted me a price. He was extremely helpful and told me I could come look at it if I was interested. I told him that I was and he agreed to meet with me. It was 450 when I arrived. I was even more surprised when he drew up the contract and handed me the gate code . It was so easy and so fast. We shared a few laughs as he explained all the perks and.rules. I felt so comfortable as we talked about the area, the people, and in general, life. I was impressed that he wasn't in a hurry and that he didn't mind staying late. Also I had been there for less than twenty minutes. He was truly my hero.
