I went into this store 10/22, after dealing with an outage in the area all day, just to upgrade my internet box. I worked with the helpline to get everything up and running, I just needed the upgraded box in store. I was told there would be no extra charge and it would be an easy switch. Called this location to make sure they had what i needed and honestly the guy working was super unprofessional. He 1st acted like he had no idea about the outage in the area all day. He then started joking about how he put a sign on the door saying they are aware of the outage and that they canāt help with it so that he didnāt have to "deal with them", but that his district manager told him to take it down. 20mins after calling he called back to see when we were coming in for the box, like we were wasting his time.(mind you we called at 4:30pm when the outage was over and we were walking out of the door as he was calling back) Well when i went in this same guy completely messed up my whole account. Took away discounts i was given by the helpline, added extra charges, and told me he wasnāt going to take my old box, that i didnāt have to return the box or that I could just take it to UPS myself and send it back. Iāve had to work with the helpline 2 different times to fix this mistake, going on a 3rd time. Thankfully i didnāt get rid of the box because i just got an email today saying there was a return box being ship to my house and if i didnāt return the old one i would be charged $200! I was fortunate to meet Jordan, a representative who truly embodies the term āpeopleās personā. He listened to our concerns with genuine interest and went above and beyond to resolve our issues. Jordan is a phenomenal individual. Unlike my previous experience at the Polaris store, where the representative seemed uninterested, Jordan made every effort to assist us. He explored a hundred different ways to port our phone numbers and finally succeeded on March 15th. His store door is always open to us, no matter how many times we need to resolve promo issues. I assure you that you will never regret any decisions you make when visiting this store for your service. No one leaves this store with an unhappy face - Jordan ensures that. Finally, I say without a shadow of a doubt, if you are not happy with any Verizon store in any corner of the US, please give Jordan a chance to work for you. You will be 100% satisfied with his service. He is very easy to work with.
