The Play Station — Local services in Milan

First experience wasn’t great. I love the abundance of space and play equipment but I do have a few concerns I hope can be resolved. The staff was friendly but I never saw her get up to clean anything while we were there, she was sitting on her cell phone our entire stay. There was debris on the ground and unclean areas behind some play equipment in harder to reach areas. Most concerning is a pole that has been left exposed. There was a kid there who hurt his head after bumping into it while playing and the staff member didn’t seem concerned. There was no report taken, nor general feeling of care for what happened, or any investigation into how the child hurt himself. I hope at minimum the pole can be covered to protect...

Love this play space for my 2 year old. It’s the perfect size for smaller children and so welcoming for adults to relax while easily keeping an eye on the kids. There’s an enclosed, soft play space for kids under 18months that’s centrally located, making it easier for parents of multiples to leave a little one unattended for a bit without worrying. Love that outside food and drink are encouraged but that there are also snack and drink options available for purchase as well. Such a cool place and a great addition to the community. Our little one absolutely loved it. There is a really cool gymnastics area, a really cool room for magnetic shapes (with some areas with metal walls which were a really fun feature), two cute little trampoline areas, tons of seating, and more! I will say grippy socks would be a good idea as the floors were a little slick in some areas (I assume it is from them being cleaned). The entire place is spotless and very clean.
