I would give it no stars, but that's not an option. Sent three packages and told the kid they were new addresses. Only one had to be delivered by Christmas and he said no problem, it will definitely be there. Instead of looking at the address I gave him he used one already in the system (remember I told him it was a new address). I was in a hurry, and usually the remind me to check the addresses and sign a piece of paper. This time he just said he needed my signature and I forgot to check. It went to the wrong place, and when I contacted them about it he said it would cost me $120 to ship to the correct place, after they're the ones that messed up!! I had to drive 6 hours round trip to retrieve the package. I went in to talk to the owner and he said it was my fault, and that his employee never guaranteed it would be there by Christmas. He also said, "You signed the piece of paper so its your fault and I'm protected." I did mess up, but that's not good customer service, especially when your employee neglected to remind me to check the address and if it wasn't for his mistake none of this ever would have happened. Basically he called me a liar and then said he wouldn't refund my money. In essence the guy wouldn't pay to fix his employee's mistake, so over $120 he's lost all future income from us. Pretty sure that math makes no sense, especially since we live less than a mile from there and had shipped with them exclusively. I will never ship from there again, and I urge anyone who reads this to avoid it...
   Read moreI'm not sure if they are under new management or what, but the rudeness of the teenaged boys who work there is the worst I have ever dealt with. I've been going there for 8 years but I cannot tolerate the rudeness and attitude any longer at the Milford location. Returning an Amazon package was formerly so simple and now they harass me for not having the perfect packaging all taped up with label attached, when they formerly had no issues with it if I had the bar codes on my phone. So I went home, printed the labels, returned with the labels, and then they told me I was missing a box, (I had 3 items and 2 boxes) yet the items were all shipped in one box together. I understand the Amazon sellers might require separate boxes now, but instead of giving me a used box from their large pile of many in the corner, they were going to make me go home a second time to get another box. They charge $3 to print each label even though I had the bar code and QR code. I can understand $1.00 for the label but $3.00 is taking advantage of the customer. I'm done, but mostly because of the rudeness. Consequently, I went to another UPS location and they helped me with a used box AND taped it up for me for this one occasion when I was out of packing tape. I will return all of my Amazon pkgs to the other location from now on. No customer service or loyalty to formerly happy...
   Read moreI've used this UPS store several times a week for over 10 years. From my experience, their customer service rates as one of the best retail stores in Milford. Every employee I've dealt with has been extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always go out of their way to assist me with anything I need, including hauling my packages out of my car and into the store. It is a breath of fresh air to walk into this store and be greeted by happy, friendly, professional people, every single time. The store is always very well staffed and I've never had to wait for any length of time for service. This store has a great inventory of everyday office products with good prices.
