I would give less than 1 star If possible. The staff is awefull. I placed an order online 3 weeks ago to be delivered in this store (as I am doing a Roadtrip with my family in the USA). The items (worth 3'000 USD) where supposed to be delivered in 2 to 5 days acording to the bootbarn website. 3 weeks later, nobody knows in this store where my order is. When I checked with the consumer service, they told me that my order is at the Milford shop. When I reached to the Milford Store, they told me they have nothing... I now will cancel my order when I'll be able to do so and hope for a refound... For now I consider the Milford Store as thiefs. Never they'll See me...

However, he didnât greet us hi or hello, the most basic customer service you can ever give to a paying customer. He needs to be re-trained.
