We have spent the last three days going from store to store looking for the perfect mattress. We failed to do our research two years ago and purchased a mattress that was just terrible (for us). This time, we asked the right questions and shopped around tirelessly. The sales people at other stores were pushy and lacked knowledge of their products, trials and sales. We were headed to another store when we passed Mattress Firm and decided to give it a try. Immediately, our sales person Chris greeted us and we felt at ease. We had our five year old with us, and Chris encouraged him to try the beds, too! I get immediately turned off when sales people don't allow us to shop alone, but Chris made it seem like it was our idea that he show us around. I'm very glad he did. We talked about the different beds we sampled, the ones we liked and what we liked best about them. Chris did an amazing job of finding similar options, and even offered to locate us the exact model we had "settled" for at another store for a steep discount. We felt even more comfortable continuing to shop for something we loved instead of something we would settle for. We found the perfect mattress at the perfect price point for us. Their financing was simple and fair. We appreciated the full transparency in the entire process. There were no gimmicks. The entire process, start to finish, took us about 45 minutes. We had spent longer than that being mislead and pressured at other stores all weekend, and wish we had just stopped at Mattress Firm first! Leaving Mattress Firm, we felt confident and excited about our pending good night's sleep! I am grateful for Chris for making it such an easy and enjoyable experience. Let this be a lesson to anyone in sales: be kind, know your products, and let the customer drive. We will absolutely be visiting Mattress Firm again in the future, as our family grows and our needs change. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE my name is Luis I had the most bad experience here these people love to take your order down cuz that's how they get paid of commission but when it comes to big issues like canceling order or handling a problem when you call the store they say hold on and have you wait an hour on hold that way they ignore you that way you can hang up and for get about the whole thing and in top of that I got charged another 1300$ in top of what I paid I have the proof of it. another thing to reach a district manager is a problem too so I can't give complaints against the store if you call the 1800 mattress firm hot line they tell you they can't help neither I ask them for the phone # of corporate to put a complaint against the store so its like they get aways with shit this is not fair and other. thing why in the hell you guys give me a 5000$ bed with a whole in it like I said I hope the district manager see this review that way he can contact me cuz I have way more to say and more complaints I recommend raymour and Flanigan. if you guys are planing on buying a mattress I came out with a better price and a better offer and a super good bed protection policy then matters firm. in top of that I cancelled my matters firm credit card after 4 years of business because it was a problem to cancel orders from this store or the 1800 matters firm hot line that's y I canceled the card I do not want to here from these...

I took my mother out mattress shopping and started at PC Richards. The salesperson there was pushy, had limited knowledge and was pointing my mother toward the most expensive mattress they had without finding out her needs. We next went next door to Mattress Firm and what a change. The sales person, Chris J, took his time with my mother, showed her the features and benefits of several different brands, let her try out different mattresses and even found a pillow similar to what she has now so she could really feel what her new mattress would be like. Chris was insanely knowledgeable, had a great approach and at no time did we feel pressured even when we left to have lunch to give my mom time to make a decision. Because of the way we were treated we purchased the mattress and added a couple of pillows. I will also be back as I’m purchasing an RV for travel and know the mattress isn’t up to my needs.
