This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been to in the states lol. Stopped in for a quick bite. First of all the front door is broken so you have to walk or drive around the to the back door.. okay fine. I enter the back and pop into the bathroom quick and get hit with the most ungodly smell. Lifting up the toilet seat I realize that human feces is splattered on the back of the bowl and all over the underside of the seat. There’s no soap to wash your hands and it appeared that someone had shaved their beard and left it all over the sink. Gross.
I go to order the food and notice that the glass partition looks blurry and has bean juice splattered all over, like it hasn’t been cleaned all day… except it was 11:30am..
I look past the 5 employees just standing there looking out and see that the grill behind them is absolutely CAKED in black charred meat residue?? Like they didn’t even bother to try and dissolve it with cleaner or even lemon juice and scrape it off.
The floor is covered in food and streaks of old dried liquid.. the tables and seats are covered in scraps of food. It took us a minute to find a table that wasn’t dirty. We finish the meal and check this.. no trash bags in the bin, so patrons started to stack their trash where you would stack trays.
On the way out we notice MOLD growing on all the drink machine dispensers.. mold. I had to snap a pic, see attached. Last but not least, we followed a trail of old garbage juice out the back door that is now the main entrance.
SOS avoid this spot at all costs.. 🤮
Edit.. just realized that this place opens at 10:45am.. we ate here at 11:30am which probably means that either theclosing staff does not clean up or the opening crew just doesn’t care. Wow...
Read moreI’d like to add to my review from a few months ago. I’m not sure how this location is still in business. The ice machine was out for at least 2 months and at 6pm the location is out of chicken and steak, making more rice, and has little to no cheese or guacamole left. There were 4 workers staring at a line of customers and not really doing anything. Where is the manager? Who is running this location? Get off your phones and talk to your customers and let them know what’s happening so we’re not standing in line forever only to find out you’re out of everything. I will now head to Shelton or another location. I feel bad for the workers, place seems poorly managed.
My son and I go here often due to late sports practices and games. Servers make your food too quickly, throwing it together as fast as they can, not listening to what you’re saying. Food containers are contaminated with other food particles. Burrito was the size of a baseball. Bowl was barely filled. Often the orders are incorrectly made. Fountain machine is always out of ice and the area around the drinks often dirty and messy. Lemonades are always out. 35.00 and left hungry.

Read moreThe service here was absolutely terrible and it’s ran by full on man-children. I was here around 5pm and I ordered a bowl. Mind you, a customer in front of me had got a bowl and the worker was extremely stingy and gave little portions and I know the workers aren’t allowed to give too much but the person making the bowl gave the woman rice and flattened the rice and tried making it look like enough for the bowl. He basically circled flattened rice. Then she asked for more chicken (NOT EXTRA) and he gave her two pieces of chicken on a spoon and kept it moving. That is just insane to me.
My order: I asked for a double steak bowl because I could already tell the worker was stingy. Then I asked for white rice, black beans, sour cream (which they did not have), queso, cheese, and lettuce. He slid the bowl down to the register and I asked if I could have a bag. One of the workers starred at me and the other did nothing. The one who starred at me got a new set of bags and threw it on the counter and I starred at the cashier to bag it while I was paying for the food and he just starred at me. I then starred at him and then I just bagged it myself and then after starring at me he just walked away. The staff is so unprofessional. All they did was talk.
The bowl maker was some light-skin boy with earrings and light blue eyes. The boy at the register was dark-skin with bulging eyes. Those two were the worst and should definitely be fired for their horrible...
