Kohl's — Local services in Milford

I went into the store to pickup my mobile order. I was just going to see if it was ready because I didnt get an email. The worker at the mobile pick up desk was the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with and I also work in retail. She is an older women with a lot of christmas pins on her outfit, not sure her name. But. she worked today 12/8 at 4pm. I asked about my mobile order politley, not expecting anything. She then proceeded to say “When did you order it?” I said, “An hour ago” she goes “yeah and so does the million other people in this world around this season, you have to wait” and kept making rude comments around the other customers. Keep in mind, I HAD NO PROBLEM WAITING, I was shopping around anyways!!! Completley disrespectful. I get its a busy stressful season but, treat a customer who was curious about her order with respect. I would have loved to have the respect given to me after she blainatley disrespected me. Disappointed and honestly disgusted I saw how they “move” here on employees.. then you wonder why there’s lack of employment! I was there in December I was literally present when I saw a “Manager” speak to an employee at Sephora in front of customers. The person spoke to the employee in a manner that was downright rude I felt bad it was Christmas time. Kohls was PACKED with lines!!!’ That girl told me she was a single mom and was trying. I tried to lighten the mood to make the person laugh poor thing! I hope I see her again and if I don’t it’s because your lack of people skills and professionalism makes anyone not want to stay. Then you wonder why self checkout is put in place because if that’s how you treat a team member thats a clear example of not caring for the public. I really don't like the place it's overpriced everything's marked up and then put on sale to make it look like it's on sale when it's really not on sale it's actually the real asking price for what the item really cost I work for the company not this company but another District foreclosed many years ago they have very sneaky tactics and tricks that's why that Kohl's cash is funny money my wife love the place because she knows how to work that little system that they put out with the Kohl's cash you just going to do it the right way and know what you doing unfortunately like I said to my wife I still think it's a hoax even after being an assistant manager there but people are going to do what they're going to do and that's what it is happy wife happy life keep it up close and doing a great job taking...
