I have shopped at Snooty Fox since stumbling on it when they were on 5 Mile Road 30 years ago. I later found the Mariemont location that sold clothing and had a furniture resale shop, now Milford S.F. Collective. The woman that have been with the Mariemont and now Milford have always been courteous and helpful. However, I have witnessed customers being rude and disrespectful of the staff because their items were not up to standard for resale. I’ve had some of my cloths turned down as not being “in style” and that’s okay. Men’s items come and go in style the same as women’s. So if you’re turned down on some items, it has to be for a good reason. I shop for items that have dry cleaning tags on them, are not soiled or worn, (yes, you’ll have to look because staff can overlook things too!), furniture that is not all torn up and damaged. I’ve purchased furniture from the Mariemont and Anderson locations in the past and have reupholstered some items and rewired lamps. The prices are not going to be Goodwill or St. Vincent DePaul prices. But the prices are reasonable. I’ve purchased shirts, pants, suits and have paid from $13.00 to $50.00 for them - some items were new, some used, but taken care of. I would think that any one who has shopped Macy’s, Norstrum’s, etc. know that you’ll pay a much higher price there than at the Snooty Fox. Yes, items are second-hand but are still of good or exceptional quality. It’s like a good garage or antique shopping spree - it’s the bargains that are found and you’d pay the price. Reviews are good for the customers and for the particular store. If you’ve felt the company is unfair or staff unreasonable, speak to them first to resolve your issue. Remember, everything has jumped in price since Covid. The Fox hasn’t gone up that much. We all want a little extra cash these...

Nothing like not being acknowledged when I walk into a store to find all others that walk in behind me are acknowledged. After seeing this with the 6th person after me, I dumped all my items that I was going to purchase on a random rack and walked out. Do...
