Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Milford

The first time I ordered from this pizza hut and my order came late. When the driver arrived with my order the marinara sauce for my breadsticks wasn't included. I called this location back thinking he may have left it in the bag or something and the representative tries to convince me that breadsticks doesn't come with marinara even though the order clearly states breadsticks and marinara. Of course I state that and she has a sarcastic remark. "Well I can have the driver bring some out to you but he doesn't just have marinara in his car." OBVIOUSLY! However my expectations were for marinara to be included and giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe he mistakenly forgot to hand it to me. On top of that the crust of my pizzas were hard! And it's been almost an hour since they were supposed to bring it back A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND HORRIBLE...

When it says delivery closed do not say you have contactless pickup. Then allow me to use it. When it says click the button in the email that says arrive. Then it says call the store to let them know you are here. You call the number for the store it shows on the screen and the lady says I have notified the store that you are there. Someone will be out shortly. You ask her if you should just stay in your car and wait and she says yes. You placed your order at 8:01 pm and by 8:41 pm nobody brings your food. You do not want to go in because you have a bedridden quadriplegic person at home who is unable to get the vaccine because their immune system already attacks their own body. Not a good look for you. I do not think I will be ordering ever again. I only ordered because my fifteen year old wanted to try the Detroit Style pizza....

We ordered on June 6 2018, at roughly 4pm. We ordered the online Large 2 topping for $7.99, and a 2 Liter of Pepsi. First it took an hour to arrive, then they sent 2-20 ounce bottles of Pepsi, instead of the 2 Liter. The driver explained they were out if 2 Liters so this was the substitute. Which in no way is comparable in volume, especially when you're splitting amongst 3 people. Then we opened the pizza... We ordered extra sauce, it was dry, we ordered extra cheese it barely had cheese, and to top it all off it was ICE COLD!! We will not be ordering from you again. And I advise others to try ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE IN MILFORD. At least you stand a chance at getting what you ordered. Submitted by: K. Lingo.
