Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Milford

The girls here are always perky and nice. It's pretty spacious and the food has always been good.

I had to update my review- and i have been here quite a bit so i know this is not the norm but after yesterday i was furious. I even said something to the manager. There was waitress there and in the time that me and my son ate our food ( maybe, MAYBE 20 minutes) i had to listen to her chastise the other 2 younger, ( newer?) waitresses. at one point she was even berating across the room. She went on to stand about 5 feet away from our table ( at this point me and my son and another man and his little girl were the only ones there) she goes on to tell this waitress " dont talk to the boys/cooks, they dont care about our tips and they get paid the same no matter what. I know we are dead but I'm just saying, don't be sitting around talking with the guys they're a distraction" I was furious, for multiple reasons. First of all, I DONT WANT TO HEAR THIS AND I DONT WANT MY SON HEARING THIS. And second if you have a problem, you need to discuss things in private. This same chick told another waitress " we need to work on XYZ, because youve been doing it wrong" and the girl was like okay, what was it that im doing wrong? and this is the time when she's talking across the restaurant " we'll talk about it later" ... and b/c im basically witnessing this display, I was thinking to myself, then why did you bring it up across the restaurant in front of everyone? Honestly, this girl needs to be either fired or stripped of her duties. She is an embarrassment to this otherwise...

I must first preface by saying we are skyline lovers! Like on our monthly rotation- we moved to the area and this was by far the worst location we have ever tried!

Ordered drinks- drinks were flat- informed the server - she says “yeah our machines are out” ok you didn’t disclose that or offer alternative just charged us for flat pops

Ordered small 3 ways light spaghetti/heavy chili- received a plate of dry noodles and literally so little cheese you could see the noodles through (def not the skyline way)

No check was left at the table- go to pay and the guy that checked us out asked how it was and I shared our pop issue and was informed “yeah we’re using 2 liters” I simply shared the server could have let us know that and he (with the biggest smart attitude took one pop off my check) I wasn’t about to share the rest of our experience he was intimidating and angry.

I could go on but needless to say we will not be going back to...

My daughter wanted to stop here after her softball game. Me not so much. Look like a bit of a run down hole in the wall from the outside. Stopped anyways. It was us and one other table. Staff could not have been more friendly and service could not have been better. Our food was excellent and FAST. We had our order faster than you could get through a drive-thru. Was checking out and going to buy a couple of New York peppermints for the road at the counter when the person checking us out said if you're interested we have some in the freezer with the ice cream. Talk about a win! At any rate I highly...
