EBS has shown true business integrity on 2 occasions. It was time to renew our printer lease with our huge copier company and we found they weren't straightforward with the figures, it was frustrating. We reached out to Dave with EBS, we currently had a service agreement with a copier we own for another location so I thought he may be able to help. He was genuine and straightforward with all the costs. Then the last company that repaired our old plotter informed us they could no longer service it but would be more than happy to give us a quote to lease a new one, bad timing during COVID, we don't need any additional costs. When I reached out to EBS they could have done the same but instead they offered to service our plotter and sent over Nick T. a great tech who had it up and running again in no time....
