Great customer service. I don't recall the gentleman that worked with me, but I can update this review when I find the receipt. I came in wanting to trade in a copy of Super Mario 3D All Stars for Switch towards a copy of Pokemon Sword yesterday. I am aware that Gamestop drives trades in their stores, and in spite of this, the dude I worked with informed me that the game has become a collectors item at this point, and advised I hold on to it because collectors will want it and value will increase over time. I happily paid for my pre-owned copy of Sword without trade, and will definitely be visiting this location for any future game purchases or trade ins because of the honesty and integrity this employee had towards me as a customer. Decided to call in a different GameStop building for a change and I got James on the phone. The guy not only looked through all the files to help me out but went even further than he'd need to and checked all the stores in the area for new and used copies. He found a copy in another store and not only pointed me in that direction but also personally called up that building and had them reserve it until I got there. Really nice to see employees try their best to help out customers, even if they're never going to see them. Definitely makes for awesome...

I then requested to speak with the manager, and he told me that there wasn't one available. I asked, "Isn't there supposed to be a manager on duty? You don't have a manager?"
