I was sold a charger from imotion that doesn’t work and they will not offer a refund for it. The very kind manager stated he did not want his name on the return and told me I needed to call corporate. They don’t accept returns on chargers because they are concerned about people using it as a rental. They should add that to the bussiness model then if that’s what is concerning them.
