The Theranos of coffee. They just put a bunch of different coffee machines in a box, and use a robotic arm to operate those machines. Literally the Theranos model. That might have been forgivable if it actually did it’s job—but it doesn’t. It brewed my drink and then put it down on the counter totally out of my reach. The family who ordered before me didn’t get their drink either—the robot apparently just threw their cup somewhere in the little booth. Save your money and go to one of the many coffee places around. Even if it manages to serve you, do you really want coffee from machines that don’t seem to be cleaned regularly?

It was a “wowwww” experience! Nice coffee as well our “Robocoffee” did it perfectly!

This was fun. A robot making my coffee. When I got to the kiosk the screen was locked up. I had to manually cancel out each part of a large order then it worked. There were 3 kiosks The menu is simple. I got a late. 6.5 but no tip. Had a bit of a hassle it wanted a first name and initial. Just setting up with initials did not work. The coffee was made and presented on the counter. When I accepted the drink the robot put it in the cube for me to take. You need to put on the top yourself and no pattern in the milk. It tasted a little cinomony like there was a little carry over from another drink. It's a fun novelty

I ordered a matcha drink and it came out great! I was pleasantly surprised. You could taste the matcha, it has a sweetness too, not overly sweet nor is it bitter from the matcha. I got the iced version.

HOW TO ORDER:

Ordering from here is a confusing process for sure.

Place the order, it’ll start grabbing a cup and filling it with your drink. It will then set it on a counter in front of you.

Next it’ll place the drink in front of you, it’ll be out of reach.

PAY ATTENTION. It’ll seem like it’s dancing or waving at you, this arm is trying to communicate, it isn’t trying to be cute.

There are three tablets below, it waved in the left direction for me to look at the screen below. I’m not sure if it does for the right, but I don’t think it does for the middle one. NEXT STEP IS IMPORTANT.

The screen will present a question and you need to answer before it proceeds, otherwise it won’t. This is where people are getting stuck and are not receiving their drink. I stood there for a solid two minutes until I realized it kept waving in the same direction.

I’m guessing it’ll throw your drink away if you wait too...

It's not worth paying $5-7 for a machine to pour you $2-3 quality coffee that you could get from the convenience store.

It seems like a cool idea but once you see it do it once it really is just a robotic arm taking a cup and moving it under a coffee machine. Imagine if you went to 7-11 or a gas station, put a cup under a flavored coffee dispenser, and then pressed a button for the coffee of your choice. The robotic arm does just that, and then waves at you every so often.

Got a latte, it tasted about the same as what comes from a convenience store.

If you are in a rush and want to remotely order you can use this, if not just head over to Peet's a few stores...
