Very interesting experience.
Came here on a Monday to catch a early flight. Good thing is they open so early. Trying to order 2 breakfast with coffee. Ordered a medium why mocha and a large Havana cappuccino. Saw the display of the wrap and croissants, looked great and added them on. Then total came out to be $52.... mmm.... the cashier is new so we ask the manager to double check. And the answer she gave me was â the tax here is 11%.â WELL.... breakfast combo for two ... looks like the tax is more than 11%.... They did the math again the total came out to be $48... then we ask how much is one combo. The manager said $15. And the coffee is $6.1 and $6.2. How can two combos add up to $48. Even though I didnât finish high school, I still sense something is not right. Eventually, we decided to order them separately. And the total only $37. A round of applause for myself. Saved $15 by attending high school, power of education!
The croissant sandwich is actually fantastic, the softness of the croissant đ„ and the flavorfulness of the bacon đ„ goes perfectly with each other. Itâs like you are sitting in Paris on the left bank, with Seine on your left hand side....
The bacon wrap is just ok. With the hot sauce, itâs like you are in New Mexico, by the side of Guadalupe river, with cowboys on your side.
Well, thatâs about it. Thanks...
Read morePeet's Coffee in San Francisco International Airport's Terminal 3 was not the most pleasant stop during my travels. While Peet's isn't usually my first choice for coffee or tea, it was the only option in the terminal, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I ordered a black coffee, a green tea, and apple turnovers, but only the black coffee was correct. My green tea turned out to be some sort of berry tea, and instead of turnovers, I was handed donuts.
The service also left something to be desired. While the staff was not outright rude, they seemed rushed and inattentive, which may explain why my order was incorrect. It's understandable that airport coffee shops can get busy, but attention to detail is still essential. The black coffee itself was fine, but nothing memorable enough to redeem the overall experience. The lack of accuracy in fulfilling my order reinforced my ongoing frustration with Peet's.
Overall, Peet's Coffee at this location left much to be desired. With limited options in the terminal, I hoped for a smoother experience, but it confirmed why Peet's hasn't been my go-to. Consistency and care in service would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction, especially in a high-traffic airport...
Read moreWorst experience of my life in Peetâs. RUDE staff!!! I specifically selected Peetâs as my first coffee for the vacation and hope it will be as perfect as previous. HOWEVER I got the WORST service. The staff directly skip our menu and when I tried to confirm she (the one ware glasses) literally ignore my words. She even did not look at me when I said âexcuse meâ. I tried to communicate at least 3 times, no response AT ALL. I feel extremely bad and embarrassed. I have never experienced such thing in Peetâs. Finally she recognized indeed she forgot our order. And she NEVER said SORRY and never feel sorry. I cannot imagine this happened in an airport Peetâs.
Peetâs, as a widely known company that impact Bay Area coffee, as a coffee shop that always provides good quality espresso (except this shop and except this staff) I think you should do better.
The staff really need to say SORRY for ignoring my confirmation for being soooo RUDE I even feel she was racist to me. Your service ruined my trip. I hate this. You and the staff really need to say...
