FRAUDULANT WEBSITE ON GOGGLE WITH NO CORRECTION. terrible experience. we scheduled an appointment online through the website that appears when you literally Google this place. got here at our appointment time at 9 and waited 10 minutes and no one came. our card was still charged anyway. she asked if we booked online because our appointment didnt show. she beautician informed us that the website that APPEARS WHEN YOU GOOGLE THE COMPANY is not affiliated with the business at all. they have no idea who started this website and claim they cannot remove it even though it is under their name. the beautician was calm about the manner even when we brought up that the money had come out. she said the money would be refunded because the owner of the websites account was closed and was super chill, however; some random website owner has my card information?! horrible business practices and no concern for customers whatsoever. I now have to cancel my card because this business is not able to/won't be proactive in regards to this fraudulent website that their own Google promotes. they claim their Facebook warns of this, but how on earth is a customer to know to check Facebook?? all of this for a haircut that never got to happen. what would have happened had we gone and received the haircut? would we be charged twice?
edit to add: the charge on our card was not even correct. the haircut price was $17, I hit no tip (tip option before Service, glad we didn't do that), but we were even overcharged by this fraudulent company for $21. all of these issues for the company...
Read moreI've been coming to Gameday since we moved here three years ago, and I'm not sure whats going on, but something happened about a year ago and I've never been happy with my experience since.
First, they completely got rid of their Saturday hours. Which was okay since they stayed open later on the weekdays. But then, even on the weekdays when they are suppose to be open, they're closed. I came by at 5:30 on Friday and though their sign said open and all the lights were on, the door was locked and I saw whoever was working sprint to the back of the store so I couldn't see them.
Next, is it feels like the stylists couldn't care less to be there and that you're ruining their day by coming. I'm not one for socializing during my haircut but at least greet me when i come in or say something when I'm done.
Lastly, the quality has gone down dramatically. I have usually gotten a pretty decent fade for the price but the past two times I've gone, I've had to request that they blend the fade a little more because there was a literal line wrapped around my head.
It used to be a convenient place right down the road that gave you a great haircut for the price. But now, there's not one benefit about choosing them over someplace that's further away and...

The stylist was very quite and it came off as she was annoyed to even have to cut my hair. I asked for a fade and the fade is choppy and uneven. She cut my hair as she pleased and didn’t make any effort to make sure it was how I wanted it. But the thing that really gets me, you know that trim around the ear that keeps the hair off your ears between cuts? Yeah she just chopped it in with a buzzer and left a huge cut into the rest of the hair, ON BOTH SIDES. It’s obvious and stands out as a clearly sloppy hair cut.
