Absolutely great overall.

Immediately upon walking in we were greeted with a warm welcome. The restaurant looked very nice and cozy, the menus have a wide variety for seafood lovers, meat lovers, and even vegetarians. The prices seem a little steep at first however the quality and quantity easily compensate. I ordered the Thai Fried Rice with my meat choice being the Seafood Combo. When the meal arrived it was hot and very visually pleasing. There were four large shrimp, three oysters, and several pieces of squid which all tasted fresh and flavorful. Our waitress was very nice and interactive. She laughed a lot and even joked back with us. She answered any questions we had and made sure we were well taken care of during our meal. One of the impressive parts was her mostly fluent english, unlike a lot of other foreign cuisine restaurants where there always seems to be some sort of language barrier. I stopped by for a quick lunch and had the Pad Thai (tofu) lunch special with the soup. The soup was a basic broth (no fresh elements) and was tastier after I added some spice. The Pad Thai was disappointing. The pad thai looked like it was made with fettuccini noddles and was swimming in a sauce that was entirely too sweet to enjoy. I drained the overly sweet sauce from my pad thai and it filled the soup bowl. The crushed peanuts were marinated in the sweet sauce and the sweetness overpowered the nuttiness. I asked for additional bean sprouts and more lime to add a fresher element and the flavor improved marginally after I added some spice. The tofu seems to have been prepared way before serving and it was fried, tasteless, and added little to nothing to the dish. (Would have been better to sear it and then toss in the other components.) I cannot comment on the food, only the customer service. We went in on a Saturday for lunch, expecting lunch portions and prices since they advertise a "daily" lunch menu. However, we were given the dinner menu. When asked about this, we were told that even though their sign says "daily" lunch menu, that they only provide the dinner menu on Saturdays. Our server went to ask the manager (who was sitting at the bar on her phone) if an exception could be made, and instead of the manager coming to our table and answering our question herself, our server was made to come back to tell us no, we would not be served lunch, even though it was advertised.
