Millbrook Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Millbrook

I wish I could give no star!! This location has the rudest, most unprofessional employees. I called to place an order. I ask them to not deep fry my Yum Yum roll. The young lady said that they couldn’t do that. I told her that that is the way I have ordered it the last three times with no issue. She said that they have changed their policy and couldn’t do it. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and was told that he wasn’t there and then she hung up on me! I called back to ask once again to speak to the owner and was hung up on a second time. I called the Montgomery store and the young lady I spoke to was very nice and professional. She said that the owner was at that store and that they could do it without being fried and would inform the owner. She said she would have him call me. We will see. I just realized this place was here. Apparently it’s been here a while but I’ve never heard anything about it. Anyway, I ordered for the first time 2 days ago and I was very pleased. So pleased I orders again just now and I enjoy it so much that I had to come and leave a comment. The food is great! My favorite is Tokyo restaurant, cook in front of you hibachi and this place is as good if not better to me. Not to mention it’s less than a mile from my house so door dash is here in no time. You will not be disappointed eating here. Steak hibachi is slamming! The food was perfect tonight even though it is always good.We got the hibachi chicken, hibachi steak, and a California roll.My boyfriend ordered the hibachi steak and it’s so delicious and tender that I’m going to order it next time we go.The employees were very busy with togo orders and there was a rude doordasher trying to hurry the employees and even with that situation the food turned out to be great.They work very hard with positive attitudes and do a great job.This is a calm place it would be nice to dine in,but we always take our food togo.They also have good fountain sweet tea.By the way if you guys didn’t know there’s a way you can go into the restaurant’s doordash system and block certain dashers from coming to pick up an...
