The older lady working the drive thru was awful. I made an order through door dash & went to pick it up. When I got there, I said “hey I’m here to pick up a mobile order from door dash” - she looked at my very confused so I showed her my order confirmation on doordash… she had such an attitude and said “I don’t know what you want me to do with this?”…(rather than saying ma’am let me get someone who can help, or something of that sort if she didn’t know how to proceed) I responded, “doordash is a food ordering app, I ordered this through here” she then repeats herself exclaiming “okay what do you want me to do with that?” and then she goes “you’re the one who didn’t pay for your food” & I was very confused at this point. She showed me a receipt of my order with zero as the total, yet doordash processed the order? I said that’s weird because the app wouldn’t have went through with the order (and told me to go pickup) if I didn’t have sufficient funds. I contacted doordash and was told ALL of the receipts will show zero, because they get a check from door dash at the end of the month. I didn’t get my food & thankfully, doordash refunded me… but have knowledge in third party services YOUR restaurant uses. for the love of god can we be more kind too?? At least have a better attitude. I was about to just order something else but with the attitude this woman had, I will NEVER come back. I told her “well sorry for all of this. I hope you have a good day” - she needed someone to tell her to have a good day. So so bitter, it’s unreal. A lot of the reviews reference the customer service being awful and I have to agree. Food is fine… but don’t expect any kindness. This truly ruined my day, I immediately left and went to Chick-fil-A… where at least I can experience hospitality &...
Read moreDo not eat here!!! I am a nurse at working on a Saturday with my crew we placed a to go order totaling $39 and some change. The order had been read back to us correctly however when we picked up the food and came back we were missing toast, sausage, and ham. This happens from time to time and we usually just call and get it worked out either go get the missing food or they write a name down so it can be picked up later, but this was not the case front porch grill wanted us to pack up the food bring it back up there to show proof that these things were missing because I was told "you'd be surprised of all the customers we have that lie"..... ok first of all I am not a liar and I do not expect free things for nothing.... I just like to get what I pay for.... I told her we only get 30 minute break and do not have time to pack it up and return to show them evidence of the missing items and what are we suppose to eat the cold breakfast????? Well after being talked to like I am trying to get someonthing for nothing she finally agrees to give us credit for the omelet they messed up but not the sausage patties because her server said it was there. So first of all they did not want to do a damn thing second I was accused of lying and third had horrible customer service. I will never eat at this place again and neither will my co workers here today. They have lost 6 customers today. We also provide customer service to my patients and I am expected to give the best service everyday and I do. If your nurse at the hospital talked to you like you were lying about your symptoms and was being rude to you I'm sure you would have a...
Read moreWent in to eat dinner. First timers at that. We both ordered the smaller sized steak. Whenever we got our food, 45 minutes later, I had a pretty steak and my spouse had a very thin and small steak. Baked potatoes were tiny and not all the way cooked (very hard on the inside). My spouse was not happy, at all.
No refills on our tea either. We were both out of tea and never once were we asked about a refill. After receiving the bill we looked over, as everyone else would do, we were found to have been charged for the large steak and the smaller one. Something we didn't ask for. My spouse said I lucked out with the wrong order since his steak was smaller than what you would get at a WH at 2am.
The noise level was pretty high and it was hard to hear across the table. The loudness you would find in a busy bar where people are loud.
I wanted to try a dessert but every item I asked for one they were "freshly" out and just sold the last one. Basically no desserts were in the restaurant. A friend of mine after telling her my experience told me that she had a horrible experience there as well and no desserts for her either. She just held back from telling me since she thought it may have been an off night in their restaurant. Nope.
One and done. We could have gone somewhere else and left much happier. We tipped but it was one of those times where you cringe to tip.
Getting in the door was another issue. Huge crowd of men were hanging outside talking, all smoking. I felt as if I needed permission to get through the crowd...
