Teri who works in the Deli is EXTREMELY rude. As a customer who frequently shops at this location, ive NEVER had such a terrible experience. I went to the deli to grab a quick plate only to be met with the "what do you want" attitude. After asking for what I wanted, she rudely proceeded to tell me, "I have to weigh it" . I expressed to her that weighing the item wasnt a problem, I CAN pay for it. She weighed the item, and tossed it across the counter, and asked " you want something else?" My reply "Absolutely not" Upon approaching the register, I saw Chase. After speaking with Chase, A POLITE team lead who immediately knew who I was speaking of proceeded to call Josh (the manager, who never showed up). HOWEVER, Dawn, another manager on duty immediately listened to my concerns regarding the employee. Dawn apologized, and assured me she would speak with her. It will DEFINITELY be a while before I return to that Winn Dixie. As of now, I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE visiting the Deli.. Teri is RUDE, and should NOT be in the business of servicing customers.

Hope she has better days so her attitude will improve. I generally only go i. the store for one or two items, because it's close to house. I'd rather drive to publix in Prattville due to the profiling cashier. Twice she td me she had to watch me because I had so many items. I had ten items including three cases of water. Read moreMy husband bought three items last week and after he got home discovered our bank account reflected more was charged than should have been. He went back and spoke with a manager who advised the $50 difference would be put back into our account within 24-48 hours. He has been in there everyday this week because the issue was still not being resolved and then was told today a week later that because it was a cash withdrawal they can't do anything about it.
