I have been a customer for about 2 years now. Up until recently, I have had nothing but positive experiences. Cathy is a fantastic stylist who is fair, professional, and does an excellent job in keeping my lashes looking beautiful while maintaining the health of my natural lashes. I've referred several clients to LMW because my experience with Cathy has been so consistently great. Just last week, I referred my Aunt to LMW and her stylist was Tonya who she raved positive things about!

I also referred my sister-in-law to LMW. Unfortunately, we both had a negative experience with Hannah. However, it is only fair for me to speak to my personal experience in this review. Hannah sold me a gift certificate to the salon without communicating that the certificate is only good to use with her, not any stylist. That was disappointing as I truly wanted the receiver to choose any stylist. The receiver of the gift certificate did not obtain the service from Hannah within the expiration date. As a result, Hannah only honored a portion of the certificate. This was disappointing to hear because Hannah had been paid in full for the service in advance and I felt the service should be honored in full. I was hoping to gain an understanding as to why, in a service oriented business with the hope of a return customer, would Hannah only honor a portion of the value. In an attempt to discuss it with Hannah, initially she refused to speak with me over the phone or in person even though I offered to speak with her between clients or when she was available. She said "I won't be able to talk on the phone.” She suggested I speak to another stylist about it or I could speak with her via text. After a text chain that lasted about 30 minutes (we could have had a phone call by then!), we finally spoke about it. Unfortunately, we never did come to an agreement and as a result she lost a...

Okay so I needed my lashes done ASAP and this place was one of the highest rated places to go. So last minute searching I read through all of their ratings and realized that some of the reviews were written by the same person. Which lead me to think maybe the girls who work here are rating them especially since some the reviews named a girl who worked here and the same girl has two reviews on here...

Anyway I said wth I’ll try it. It was a little difficult to find, but eventually I did find it. The lobby is not the best but it makes sense since I think they just moved in.

On to my lash appointment. I already had lashes in from my last appointment with someone previous and when I sat done with the lady who was going to fill them she said she pulled them all out... there was quite a bit left so that kind of sucked she pulled so many out along with my actual lashes. She did a great job on the “fill”. However they weren’t full at all. She charged me 75 bucks for an extreme fill yet she told me she couldn’t fill them all the way due to my lack of lashes. I wasn’t excited about the way they looked, but I was suffice. Later that night as I brushed my lashes before bed I noticed that a lot of them were laying horizontally and I wasn’t super happy about that. As the days went by I also noticed that a lot of them fell out more than normal. I think it’s due to the fact that she didn’t use very much glue at all and I feel as if that is a tactic they use so that the next time you go in you have to pay for an extreme fill.

Overall she was very very nice I loved the vibe of this place. It was very clean and comfortable and if I needed to, I would go back. To be truly honest this would be my last resort place to go though.

Ive always wanted lashes! Let’s face it, they’re gorgeous and they save you SO much time in the mornings when getting ready. (Hint hint mommys!) But everyone has heard the horror stories of lashes. They looked horrible, my real lashes fell out, they are too over priced and they don’t even last long. I did my research and found a lash lady who did a great job! My luck.. she ended up moving out of state. So many thoughts ran through my mind but the biggest one was WHAT THE HELL AM I GOING TO DO NOW?! My lash lady recommended a few lash artists and I decided to go with Amy Lynn. Again, I’m very picky but I figured my previous lash lady wouldn’t steer me wrong. Can I just say how happy I am that I chose Amy? She exceeded my expectations and does amazing! My lashes have honestly never looked so good and my real lashes are still healthy. If I could recommend anyone who is looking to get lashes for the first time or someone who wants a new lash lady, Amy Lynn is your girl. She makes you feel like home, she makes you feel comfortable, and oh so sweet. I love her! Definitely would recommend...
