*Updated Review* Wasn’t going to leave a review since I knew it was a busy Saturday. Employees were nice given how many customers were there. The sandwiches they made were pretty good. Got overcharged for something I didn’t order, but they made it right. I can get over all that. This morning I made a bagel with cream cheese and noticed the texture was off. Selling expired cream cheese isn’t cool. Please check your inventory for expired product. Purchase made 10-12-24. Edit 10-17-24 Response from Einsteins: “Hi Alec, Thank you for your email, and sorry to hear about your experience at this location. We have passed your note along to the regional manager to address this issue with this team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!” Doesn’t really help me out, but hopefully helps other customers to not receive expired products.

I’ve seen all the reviews about new staff and management and I completely agree. This location used to be my go to since high school. This location had very poor quality issues with little to no ingredients or smear and a completely flattened/ squished bagel and called, The manger answered and cut me short of conversation and was pretty rude in tone. I never write reviews but today I felt completely disrespected. Hopefully regional managers sees this.

First off the staff was friendly and accompany this review has nothing to do with them as I paid and tipped them out. It has to do with the small bagel size and lack of cream cheese. It was super small portioned and over priced for the final product. Coming from NYC where you can get a large bagel and over whelming amount of cream cheese filling for $2.50 flat, at $4.30 this was not worth the stop by any means. 2 stars for the service only.

I came in this morning around 7:40am with my family. We needed to pick up about 25 bagels and cream cheese for my daughter to share with her class. We ended up getting 3 baker dozens because it was a better deal as well as some cream cheese. An extremely rude and mean employee (purple hair and other colors) berated us and made us feel like we were a complete annoyance. He said we should have called in the day before because he would run out of bagels. He then proceeded to fill our order while slamming baskets of bagels on the counter all while visibly angry. This was extremely upsetting to my family and especially my daughter (who was just trying to do something nice for her classmates). I paid for the order and then expressed my displeasure to the employee with colorful hair and attitude.

No where in the store does it say we have to call in a day prior to order bagels. What was the problem here?? You folks are selling bagels, and we are spending a lot of money and buying a lot of your bagels. Seems like a win-win situation...not deserving of being berated and talked to in a condescending manor. I also witnessed him talking down to other customers who went to the "wrong place" to pick up their online orders. Some serios customer service training needs to take place at this...

I’m not the type of person to leave a review, especially a negative one at that. However, my boyfriend and I came in today and got some of the worst service I’ve ever received at any food location. The gentleman who took our order was pleasant, but the other employees seemed incredibly annoyed that we were there there in the first place- I get it, we came in close to closing, but not an excuse to be rude to customers. I work in service myself and I’ve never been treated this poorly before, nor can I imagine treating a paying customer this way. As we were ordering sandwiches, the employee preparing them says “We only have seven eggs left. That’s what you get for coming right before closing time.” Oh well, not a huge deal. My issue comes from the woman working cash register. Very passive aggressive, short, and you could just tell she did not want to be there. She didn’t make any sort of eye contact, and was very clearly bothered by us. After paying and sitting down, she audibly says “I don’t even care. I am so done. I don’t want to be here.” If you don’t enjoy your job, then quit… overall, very disappointing...

The customer service today was the worst! They closed early for pioneer day which is to be expected. The thing that made me unhappy is they shut everything off and weren't doing half the menu 30 minutes before closing time. If they are going to be open until 2 they should be open until 2 not 1:15. I get they are out of certain bagels, but have everything closed and cleaned up so they can leave at 2 is unacceptable. Also, the kid who was doing our order was super rude. He literally told us not to come in a half hour before closing, besides being super rude the entire time we were there. We could have sat and ate, but chose to take our food home mostly because the employees made it clear they didn't want our business. We get our food home and several bagels/pastries we ordered and paid for weren't in our bag. We would go back but the employees are long gone. As soon as we were out the door, so were they, and almost hit our car on their way out. I looked at our receipt and Matt was the employee who could use some customer...
