I took my family here on a Saturday night. On the weekends come early if you want an open lane. It was busy, and we had to wait 30 minutes before our lane was open. That wasn't a problem because the arcade games kept us busy while we waited. My boys had a blast. They have bumpers that come up automatically when it's the kids turn to bowl. At 2 & 4 years old, they needed the ramp for assistance, and there is one for every lane. If you're looking for family fun, you won't be disappointed. They have bowling, food, and arcades here.

A reasonably serious bowling alley with proper league nights every week, bowling balls organized so it’s easy to pick your poison, and typically more adults than children getting their game on. There’s a small arcade but half the machines are out of order. Two pool tables and plenty of bud light (or soda!) to go around. A solid place to scratch your bowling itch. General consensus is, it’s no Fat Cats, but it’ll do. (And I’d give shoe rentals for female size 7 3-4 stars, male size 9.5 shoes are 5 stars.)

I’ve been to this bowling a few times now with my boyfriend and service dog! It has definitely been fun! We haven’t had any issues so far! I do want to give a shoutout to Tonya! She works up at the food area! She has been so damn amazing! We see her alot and have always loved her since day one! She is very nice and respectful! She treats us really well and makes sure we are taken care of! She definitely deserves a raise! Definitely recommend this bowling alley 🎳

I wasn't going to write this review but after last night I have to vent and get this off my chest. This bowling alley has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Every Wednesday evening for the last few months I have been going bowling at this alley with a very large group and the customer service has been unacceptable.

The employees that work here on Wednesday evenings are some of the rudest, most unpleasant people I have had the displeasure of doing business with. The employees treat you like an unwelcome guest as soon as you enter. If a glitch happens on your lane, such as the pins not re-racking properly, they treat you like the problem is your fault and act very annoyed if you ask them for help, even though it is their job to help you. On one occasion, a child's bowling ball was mistakenly put away on the wrong rack and when I picked it up to move it, the employee yelled at me for "horsing around" and lectured me about which balls I could use. I'm a 25 year old man and I don't appreciate being lectured at like a child for something that I didn't do.

The final straw with this alley was last night. We have 6 lanes reserved for every Wednesday evening starting at 8:30 pm and they are payed for in advance. Two weeks ago, we were informed by management that they were annoyed that we don't always show up at exactly 8:30 and that we are apparently costing them business somehow, even though we have already paid for the lanes. Well, last night we showed up at 8:35 and discovered that they had given our 6 lanes away to another party because we were a whopping 5 minutes late.

I cannot recommend this alley to anyone unless you want to be treated like unwelcome garbage. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. I wonder if these guys will miss the $300+ they were getting every week...

Staff says the owners removed the 5 minute grace period from paying to starting the game to save money.

I used to enjoy this bowling alley until my friend and I came with our 4 toddlers. We are both single moms and paid for a half hour of bowling. By the time we got our kids shoes on and in and out of the bathroom only 3 people got to bowl before the game was shut off. A worker then came up to us and told us that we had to get out because other people were waiting. It takes more than a few minutes to get a child's shoes changed and convince them to leave when they were promised a night of bowling.

When we asked the workers why our game was shut off and we had to leave they told us that the game starts the moment we pay. We were NOT informed of this prior to paying. If we had we would have adjusted things a bit to make sure our kids got a chance to play. This was the only activity I could afford to take my son to this week and it was ruined by greedy owners and an incompetent staff. I will be going bowling anywhere...
