Disgusting. I'm not sure how else to describe how this whole fiasco unfolded. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, which is understandable since they were busy; however, my problem starts the moment we placed an order of 4 drinks and were not told rhey were out of ingredients for all 4 drinks. Strawberry breeze was just served with coconut cream and water (no vanilla syrup, no strawberries and no strawberry syrup) and the mystic mango had missing dragonfruit. At this point, it's ridiculous to say they did not know they were selling a product with out of stock items. Even worse, the fact that they ran out of products on a Saturday around 4.00 pm!!!! That's very poor management skills and provision planning idiocy imo....it's the weekend, in July, you should know better than to sell something you do not have because you didnt stock up properly. Not to mention, we paid full price for the items and at no point was a discount offered since we were definitely not getting what we had ordered. Do take not that it is extremely disturbing how easily employees can lie about the products sold, omit to tell the truth and still charge full price for items they know are not what the customer is paying. These actions speak volumes on the ethics and morals of your company, the people running it and the employees working there. What a terrible and disgusting experience. My first and last time going there.

I’m not one to complain. But this experience has brought me here. I ordered my three fruit waters, once supposed to be sugar free, (but none were marked as such), and three social cookies. When I got to the window she handed me only two. I told her I had actually ordered 3. She said “it only says two on here. Did you pay for it back there?” And i said “I assume so. Because I asked for it back there.. but I have no receipt to review or show you.” She then hands me an extra one with no further inquiry. Which I was grateful for. Fast forward to 20 min later, I am drinking my drink and notice something weird in there. Sure enough, a hair was floating around with my ice and fruit. I’ve attempted to call multiple times since and can’t get anyone to answer. Not sure I’ll be visiting that location again. The one on 9th E is always solid though 🙌🏼

I never heard of a dirty soda until I went to Swig. The concept was so cool to me, but I couldn't bring myself to drink a sugar-loaded soda, knowing I would feel guilt after; luckily, they have guilt-free options for people like me. Glad I got to experience Swig before I left Utah. Things you should know: I. LOCATION All those cars you see lined outside of JOANN's aren't there for some hip fabrics, they're in line for Swig, but don't worry the staff has their flow down to a tee and are efficient in getting people their beverages. II. SERVICE Quick & efficient III. QUALITY With quite the variety of options, it's hard to complain about quality. It's a fast-food type of place ~ it's what you would expect. IV. CAPACITY For a midday on a Friday, there was a line wrapped around. But they're quick so it's no big deal, right?

Here is the hard thing about these wonderful soda shops that are located everywhere within Utah. It seems that this location has a hard time on getting my order right last night 12/21. I made it really easy for these young wonderful people to get my order right they got everything right about it except there was no syrup from the soda in my drink so it tasted like I was drinking seltzer water. My wife was devastated and thankfully my son's drink was not messed up. I sure hope the owner or manager reads this and just reminds their staff when they get busy to make sure that the carbonation, the syrup all the things that make these drinks wonderful is in check. Because I don't want to dissuade anyone from not going to these places because other locations seem to be getting my order right. I would just recommend people once you get your drink before you leave the driveway where you picked it up take a sip of your soda and make sure it's done right. 2/16/24 update time: so this is the closest one to where I live and we're like New Year new tries let's get this going. So things have changed a lot I appreciate the owner reaching out to me to make things right and that's what I like about local businesses because as a kid who grew up in a family restaurant, I appreciate the down-to-earth humble nature of the owner wanting to keep their business driving and make things right. So we went got usual drinks everything was good I'm sure a lot of people seem this too is that if you keep your card on file it's a 50/50 chance that it works money is not the issue when the kids come and take your order when you're outside and your car and then when you roll up to the window saying hey I need more money kind of feels a little bit off. But they are trying their best I know the POS system is hard and not fun sometimes but I do appreciate these kids making...

UPDATE: Used to LOVE this place. I always would get my favorite mixed drink! Wendy’s Special - ½ Caffeine Free Diet Coke ½ Sprite Zero, a shot of cherry, and light ice. You should try it sometime!!!!! Update: Swig discontinued their Caffeine Free Diet Coke product and since I need to watch my caffeine intake due to heart issues, I'm so sad. I changed to Fresca and Peach puree. I like it but I am tired of this store's inability to funnel the customers into the order line. In past years, I've offered helps and even drew a suggested path for cars. A few signs directing traffic, some more solid cones to force drivers to funnel properly, and consistent efforts of the employees would really help solve this issue. So many times the car line goes out onto 3300 South or people block the parking lot to go over to Joann's. Very frustrating! Please solve this problem; you'll get more customers. I know several others that just pass by Swig and head up the street to Thirst where they coordinate order-taking...
